Ottima esperienza complessiva.
Questo è il livello che devono avere tutti i negozi.

Very friendly in store service in Rome. I subsequently had a problem with said item and contacted Fendi assistance online. The assistant, Angela, was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, updating ke step by step and helping to resolve the situation. Luckily Fendi accepted the claim and will repair the item free of charge. I can give 5 stars based on the seriousness of the company and reliability of the customer service based on my experience with Angela!

I bought the same bag model in 3 different colors and now non of the zippers work. Obviously there was a problem with this zipper and they discontinued the model. When I gave them to a local Fendi store they told me that the response from Italy was that they do not have a suitable zipper and they cannot fix it. This is really dissapointing coming from a luxury brand. They cannot even stand behind their own product.

Ho una valigia FENDI regalatami da una bisnonna. Credo sia degli anni 60 ma non so molto di più. Da anni sto cercando di contattare la Maison per avere qualche informazione sul prodotto in questione, a cominciare dall'anno di produzione. E' mai possibile che un marchio di questa portata si lavi le mani dei propri clienti una volta venduto il prodotto? Un tempo si acquistava da questi marchi perchè erano garanzia di qualità e serietà, ma i tempi cambiano.

Customer service was very pleasant in Westfield.

I odered a ring and it arrived very quickly and beautifully presented. I had previously purchased through another company and had a horrendous experience. Just wish I had gone to Fendi directly in the first place!
