Hello I haven't received my order. Your website said 3 days delivery, but its been over three weeks now.
I have emailed you to cancel order multiple times, you responded the first few times but the last week and a half you have been ignoring my emails.
You have taken my money and not delivered anything. You are conning customers.
Respond to emails.
I have ordered everything I need from another website, so I no longer need the items you haven't delivered.

Very pleased with the Linen White Poles. Lovely shade of soft white. Great service from start to finish, even a follow up email before my order was processed.

Very accommodating customer service staff. Needed a delivery urgently and Fendow agreed to split the original order and despatch what I needed straightaway, sending the second part of the order when back in stock. Very helpful and grateful for the flexibility

Superb. Delivery took 2-3 weeks for Jones’ poles which is what I expected. Communication has been second to none and I’ll be returning for two more Jones’ poles in January. Thank you Fendow :)

Order placed on 26 October - chased via email - had a response - chased again, twice, and heard nothing. When you call they say that they are shut until January - I wouldnt place an order with them right now - they may be in administration - they certainly have my £600 and seem to be ignoring me!

Have just received my Jones Poles, on time, not damaged and they even called me to make sure all was ok. A great company selling quality stuff. Not skimping on carriage and packing either. What a relief. Thanks you guys.

If an installer hadn't already been booked for my job I would have cancelled this order. Emails to and fro with contradictory infromation and an owner whose attitude is deplorable without an ounce of grace. Waited one week to let me know that there were issues with my order and then tried to blame me stating 'are we going to achieve anything here'. Trade must be excellent. Either that or the owner is a narcissist. Certainly sounded like one.

I really didn't want a white plastic rail and that is all I could find on the high street after doing a few searches I found this one .It was the cheapest and had free delivery . My husband said it was easy to put up and the curtains open and close easily and quietly due to the lined hooks it really looks lovely .

Really quick delivery. Product was good quality and looks good when up. Nice thick strong pole, I have a huge window and didn't want any of this expandable rubbish! I was really pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended :-)

I needed to obtain spare parts for a 12 year old curtain rail and this company came up with the goods.Initially the parts I ordered were incorrect but discussions with Jonathon soon resolved the issue and the correct parts were delivered promptly.I rate the service from Simply Curtain Poles as first class and would highly recommend them.

Purchased new curtain poles for our new house and I love them. They look really stylish and have made our girls rooms look lovely! All we need to do now is get the other two up!

The poles and brackets are very good quality. When the supplier sent one set of draw rods instead of two the problem was dealt with and solved very quickly, keeping me informed all the time

I was unable to purchase the Harrison Drape fittings I required at any local retailer but Brewers had the fittings in stock and delivery was the following day, I could not ask for a better service. Thank you

II have to say my order was sent with great speed. However when my order did arrive I had ordered the wrong size I phoned your company and this was dealt with in minutes. by a young man called Jonathan. My order was sent by return post.
