Poles & Blinds arrived earlier than expected having called me to check it would be okay. They did a great job putting my curtains up into a challenging corner & then cleared up thoroughly afterwards.

I would definitely recommend their services.

This was our fourth curtain pole purchase. Very easy to order. Always delivered quickly and look great when you put them up with the new curtains.

There was some delay in receiving the light oak curtain pole, but now that it is up, it looks great. If I need more curtain poles, I would certanily order from Poles &Blinds.

I called this company as I was unsure of how to fit a new curtain track on existing fixings. Enquiries were made internally and I was given information which allayed my concerns. I rang after 3pm with my order once I had the information and the track was delivered by 10.30 the next morning. Excellent service all round, I highly commend the staff and the company

A really well made, solid, curtain pole not just some flimsy old rubbish. The brackets and even the screws were equally impressive. Usually it’s the screws that give it away. With inferior screws the head rounds off as soon as they see a screwdriver approaching! Really impressed - ok so not cheap but they will last and no sagging curtains!

I had ordered some spares and replacements for a corded track system for a bay window. The ordered parts arrived quickly. One part that they didn't stock, they asked the manufacturer to supply to me directly. Although the manufacturer iniitally sent the wrong part, P&B contacted them again and the right part arrived in a jiffy bag at no cost! Great service and follow thru from P&B!

Great product and service - misleading advice

I purchased some metal Hallis Hudson poles and brackets - All excellent quality. I over ordered parts but all spares have been accepted back.

When I asked if they could be cut to size, I was told no, this was not possible. In fact HH actually confirm that they can be cut either straight, crossover or, in my case, a corner cut and I cut a neat 45 degree corner cut with a fine hacksaw to join the poles at the corner of the room.

We have been contacted by the company and this matter has now been satisfactorily resolved and so we await a replacement. I am hopeful of a great product but I will await judgement on whether the delivery actually gets here. We are not a Hotel, we are a private residence. Hetland Hall, where the delivery has been left twice is a Manor House Hotel. We are half a mile away and we are a 4 bed house with a sign outside. The parcel had our full family name and our address on it and it did not say Hetland Hall Hotel either time but the delivery driver felt it was perhaps close enough, who knows but I am very grateful to Poles and Blinds for resolving the product side of things. If this replacement goes to plan we will be using this company again because the product can be very good. We still have 5 rooms to decorate and so its fingers crossed, regards, Mr Ryan

Good quality products at a good price point

An excellent curtain. Very easy to install and the curtains run oh so smoothly. I just wish I'd found this company before wasting £100 on Swish products that weren't up to the job.

Excellent Curtain pole fixings. I thought they might have been plastic, but they are sturdy metal and fit beautifully.

A second item we ordered was listed on the website but had been discontinued by the supplier. Poles and Blinds were very quick to discover this, let us know, and refund the amount for these.
