Amazing service from start to finish.

My mums wishes were to have a no frills cremation. After ringing around certain companies and seeing the price I decided to look on the internet. I came across Fenix Funerals. Well what can I say. I rang them and got a call back soon as. I did have my doubts but my Liaison was a lady called Megan. She talked me through the situation, I’m not very good with the internet but talked me through everything( she was very patient). Kept me updated all the way. I received my mums ashes today, in a lovely box delivered by a lovely guy( didn’t get his name). I had know worries especially at this time of year. I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.

The Co. Was good value for money, I really liked dealing with Melonie, but the Funeral advisor, I found difficult to deal with she came across as lacking insight and experience. I found her irritating. This spoiled my experience, but I would still recommend Fenix.

Fenix made the funeral process very easy and straight forward. Overall the experience was great and I didn't have to worry about anything as they took care of everything.

My funeral arranger, Lesley, was in contact every few days and was very reassuring and informative throughout the process. I live overseas and my dear friends who both have families overseas and were devasted when there son died. This was compounded by the complete indadequacy of the Fenix employee who did not connect the live stream. We were all waiting overseas so that we can join the funeral on line. I understand from my friends that the repsonse from Fenix was that someone forgot to switch the live feed on. Not only is that wholly unacceptable its incompetent too. Really? You couldn't have a double check systeml in place whereby you can ensure that the most important and sacred day in someone's life isn't ruined. You are a disgrace

Liz and the team at Fenix helped to turn an awful day, into a beautiful memorial and celebration of our mums life.

How did Liz and the rest of the team achieve this? She has excellent communication skills & called or emailed a lot and left nothing to chance. Liz was also empathetic and very supportive and understanding of the emotions that one goes through when they lose a loved one.

People said it was the most beautiful catholic funeral they had ever been to. The church was modern and light, the choir delightful and great backing for the hymns. The priest came to the wake and conducted a warm and loving service (Mum would have been so proud) and to top it all, the church even allowed our Boston terrier Ricky to attend the service. I done a lot of research as this was my first time organising a funeral, and with none of the many Funeral directors that I contacted did I see so many 5* Reviews.

The only reason I can see for that, is Liz and the wonderful team at Fenix.

Excellent service through out
From beginning to end

Steve made us all feel at ease. It was a difficult time for us but he knew what kind of questions to ask and how to go about it.
He was also the officiating minister for the funeral. He made it a smooth sail for the family.

Chris and in particular Maria were both great throughout the process. Providing a very quick and clear quote initially with no hidden costs, being extremely supportive and communicating clearly and often. I would absolutely recommend Fenix Funerals to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing to arrange a funeral for a loved one.

I've found Fenix funeral very helpful & friendly,the first lady I spoke to was mojida, she helped every way she could, the next lady was Therese walker she helped every way she could, she was friendly kind in every way, she explained every thing about Philip toolan funeral to me,and helped me every way she possibly could, I just wanted to say thanks to Therese mojida and all the team at Fenix funeral.kind regards Leo toolan.

From yhe first call with Melanie. I was then contacted by Liz and she is so lovely and caring and made things so easy for me in a difficult time. Liz asked shirley to conduct my father's funeral and she went the extra mile and the service went so smooth and Lee was fantastic on the day. I could not fault anything. I would highly recommend Fenix.

I was exceptionally impressed with Fenix Funerals and the quality of the service my loved one received if I had one negative thing to say it would be their communication could be better but overall I was happy with Fenix Funerals and would have no hesitation recommending them to other grieving relatives who were looking for a funeral directors.

From the start of our conversation with Stephen, Pam and I were delighted to arrange all the relevant services needed to give our Mum a beautiful send off. We thank you Stephen for working behind the scenes to make it happen and we deeply appreciate the ongoing conversations over the phone , via email and the personal visit from you Stephen to hear each and everyone of our close family what we wanted for our Mother's Funeral service and cremation ceremony. Stephen you have been a great adviser and have taken into consideration all the intricate details that we wanted for our mother. Thank you so much Stephen for being available when we needed to get hold of you. And that was so helpful as there were times we needed to contact you to ask questions.

Thank you for being there on the Thursday when we had the viewing and for making it possible for us ladies to dress our Mother in her beautiful saree. We wanted the viewing to be closer to where we live but unfortunately it was not possible. We were very satisfied with the courtesy and support shown to us at the funeral parlour. The place was very beautiful and accommodating for our large family and relatives who were present on that day. We would like to thank the lady who helped us dressed Mum, she was very helpful and informative every step of the way. As painful as the day was, we thank you all for the support and allowed us as a family to take our time.

On the day of the funeral, We were privileged to see our Mother coming in the carriage. The flowers were beautiful. We were blessed to see our Mother in the horse drawn carriage as the procession started, it was filled with grace dignity and respect which reflect the very essence of our Mother. From the beginning of the procession until the end of the service, we were very honoured to give our Mother an elegant and well deserved send off because of your dedication and service throughout. Our deep appreciation to Grant the funeral director and the pallbearers and the limo drivers. We can not thank you enough. A special thank you to Grant for making sure the day ran smoothly and everything we wanted for our Mother were granted unto us.

From the ongoing conversation throughout the day to making sure everyone who needed to be in the limousine and also the pallbearers guiding our nominated relatives who carried Mum in and out of each service. And also the releasing of the dove, it was a special when Mum's granddaughter and great granddaughter released the dove.

Thank you so much Stephen and the team for granting us a special and unforgettable moment in our lives in memory of our dearly beloved Mother. May God bless you All.
