They were so on point with all they did for my late brotherThe funeral advisor and all the team were all supportive. Everything we requested was done on the right time.

The staff at Fenix were always helpful and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to make arranging my wife’s funeral as painless as possible. Nothing was overlooked, the undertakers were immaculate in carrying out my wishes and all the mourners expressed what a beautiful funeral it was.

Having lost my brother at the young age of 35 I really wanted to find a company that did what they said in their values. I called Fenix Funerals and was quickly assigned Liz as my Funeral Advisor. Liz was absolutely amazing from the start and helped me get through a very difficult time. Liz was thoughtful, kind and very reassuring throughout the whole process. In addition, Liz spent time getting to know about me and my family, her interest was genuine and heartfelt. I was advised by Liz that I could contact her anytime and nothing was too much trouble. Also, I met with Grant, the Funeral Director who was also really lovely. Very calm, considerate and just perfect for the role he does. I would not hesitate in recommending Fenix Funerals as a company that cares and does a great job, taking away any procedural stresses of burying a loved one. Thank you

Megan and Melonie were outstanding from day 1. My wife suddenly passed away at a very young age due to childbirth complications. I was in a very bad place arranging her funeral and they have been taking care of every single details, lifting the weight off my shoulders. Not only that they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done on time, even working late at night or weekends. I could not recommend them enough and I was very grateful I found Fenix while rushing and searching Google.

The funeral director always kept me up to date with what needed to be done and saw to it that my interests were met. The relief and comfort I felt when I went to view my beloved husband was because I saw evidence of him being well taken care of. That was paramount to me. My fiancé used Fenix when his mother passed away and again when his sister passed away. I decided I wanted to stick with Fenix as he would not have used them again if he had gotten poor service.

From start to end everyone was empathetic, supportive and transparent.
They asked about my husband as a person and were very respectful in planning and suggesting that appropriate funeral. Nobody tried to sell us more services. Very respectful and responsibly priced service.
