Fenix Light are amazing, not only are their lights extremely good quality but more so the after sales service is second to none.
I lost my head lamp in snow and ice and found it two weeks later after the thaw.
The ice hade damaged the battery compartment and having contacted Fenix they have kindly offered to replace the lamp for me.
The lamp is a hp25r v2 and is absolutely perfect for my sea fishing adventures, working on my land rover and all my other night time adventures.

Bought a head torch (shadowmaster). It started playing up and I sent it back to be tested. I was kept upto date on the testing via email. I contacted fenix uk by phone and spoke to Charlie (the one that kept me upto date via emai). Such a pleasure to deal with. He took the time out of a busy schedule to explain his findings.
Long and short of it, most likely my fault the torch wasn't working as I didn't tighten the battery cap up.
Charlie got it shipped out on royal email 24 to ensure I had it back for a fishing comp.

The Web is a strange place and reviews are an easy trade commodity with so much false info - good and bad you end up confuddled!
I ve dealt with Rob B for over 15 years now and that is how I mentally image Fenix in the UK. That relationship includes me wandering from the fold and trying other brands - not a happy experience to be honest.
Suddenly realised my 15 year old Fenix lights were just sat there ... working... flawlessly. Combined with a switch from Outdoor Educator to Security and the cost of failure ramping up... I somewhat ashamed turned back to Rob B and could not have been made more welcome.
Throughout, the service level has been stellar, order turn around convinces me they are all on roller blades and heavy caffeine doses. The products just darn well work.
Unless we support excellence, the mediocre will rule and very good folk will vanish. I will do what I can to suppport Fenixlight UK. Yep - they really are that good.

I was giving the head torch as a Christmas present and I love it. I use it for walking the dogs in the winter at night, however the battery gave up the ghost and stopped working. I brought some replacement batteries from Amazon thinking they would do the job, but they didn’t work. I contacted the seller cause I thought I’d have to send it back but my son has the same head torch and advise me. He brought the battery and it works perfect now.

No instructions. Had to use YouTube for fitting the straps.

My Fenix bike light arrived in 2 days by registered mail, free delivery! Can’t fault the lights, they are of excellent build quality, super easy to install and remove from my bike! You can remove the torch if you want to take the dog out with one click! As bright as a car headlamp if you want it or strobe light for daytime use! Build quality is the best bit for me,, and I got my name inscribed on it!! Brilliant bit of kit, couldn’t ask for better!!
