I spent a day with Marianne Auditing my service yesterday. This is my 3rd audit with Marianne and I always feel that I learn so much. I always feel that she is there to support and get the best information from me and explains why the information required is needed for the evidence. He explanations of all the new things I need to put in place are always so beneficial for the service we provide and I want to say a big thank you for all the support she gives me on the day and afterwards.

The auditor conducted our audit in a professional, thorough, and objective manner. Their approach was respectful and collaborative, helping staff feel comfortable and engaged throughout the process. The audit was well-organised and balanced.

The auditor demonstrated a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards, providing valuable insights and constructive feedback.
Overall, the audit process was positive and beneficial, and the auditor's professionalism made the process feel very comfortable. We would welcome future audits conducted by them.

I had a really positive experience chatting with Lorna whilst preparing for my Fit and Proper Person interview for Registered Manager with CQC.

Lorna was instantly welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Lorna made what initially felt quite daunting feel much more manageable.

The support materials she provided were especially helpful. She shared clear handouts and guided me through potential questions in advance, which meant that when we had our pre-booked session, we could get straight into discussion.

Lorna was also very responsive and flexible in focusing on the areas where I felt less confident, helping me strengthen my answers and build confidence ahead of the interview.

Overall, her support was extremely valuable, and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone needing guidance, reassurance, or help preparing for similar interviews or processes.

Massive thank you to Lorna for getting me through the CQC registration process, not only was she very knowledgeable and helpful but she was there when I needed to rant. I can’t thank her enough for helping me with this process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. In regards to the wider team at W&P they were also great, they supplied updated policies quickly when I needed them and the portal is fantastic and so easy to use.

Having Marianne inspecting our homes was a delightful experience. Marianne delivered an exemplary standard of inspection practice throughout her recent MOCH review.
She communicated clearly, asked well‑focused questions, and created an environment where staff felt comfortable sharing information openly. Her ability to balance rigour with approachability ensured that the inspection process was both robust and collaborative.

She identified strengths with specificity, recognising good practice in a way that felt meaningful and motivating. Where areas for improvement were noted, she framed them constructively, offering practical suggestions that supported learning rather than criticism.
Her professionalism, consistency, and calm demeanour contributed to a smooth and well‑structured inspection.

We had a Mock CQC inspection with Marianne. This is the 3rd year we have used them and it's been great to have such a professional inspection completed. All three were unannounced for the RM's.
Marianne was brilliant, very professional and a fantastic help.

Relevant updates to regulatory frameworks and inspection processes in order to prepare for "assessments" of services.

Marianne visited the home at the request of the Care Manager. She was very professional , understanding and knowledgeable about CQC requirements. Marianne was very supportive to the manager, staff and very friendly and attentive to the residents. Overall it was an excellent experience with Marianne as she consistently gave great advice and suggestions on how improvements could be met.
Very understanding lady with excellent communication skills that made us all feel at ease throughout the day.
