I had to discontinue using the Ferla Glacier because the freezer cannot get cold enough. This is due to the compressor and battery being woefully insufficient. Additionally all the parts associated with the freezer are of the lowest quality. Everything from the function buttons, controller, on/off switch, locks and cabinet hinges had to be replaced. The bracket holding up the side table broke the first week. The Ferla people do not know anything about the mechanics of the freezer and can't supply you with something as simple as a wiring diagram for the controller. If this was a car I'd pay someone to steal it for the insurance money.

I was excited to come across Ferla X to bring to life an idea I had for a mobile coffee cart. In one year the battery failed, the refrigerator door ripped off due to incorrect hinges, the water pump broke, and the cabinet came unglued. In these moments the customer support was ok, but very unorganized. Meaning your texting a person with no accountability on support.

On October 26, 2024 the worse possible thing happened to a bike connected to a cart. The kingpin snaps while I'm riding the Ferla X. It was only luck that I wasn't hurt as I was on a street with cars.

Needless to say the company has been less then helpful and the bike is still not operable taking my business with it. I would not recommend investing the 10k-20k they ask for as the support post purchase is awful, especially if you are not located in southern California.
