Fernland レビュー

The staff at Fernland are always so very helpful, informative & friendly. I really can't speak highly enough about Fernland, & their lovely staff. Even if what we need is not in stock, the staff will do their utmost to find a solution. One of the few remaining businesses that actually value customer service. Love these guys!

Customer service, and staff knowledge about products. Always really helpful.

Thanks for the technical discussion we had on various potting mixes for native tubestock.

Peter came up with a great cost effective solution and was proactove in assisting.

Good Service and very helpful friendly staff 👍

All good happy with products and service very helpful and happy

handling with the staff in the office was amazing, great service and awesome to deal with. the delivery service you contract out to, they are painful to deal with and bad customer service.

A great company, that always goes above and beyond to help. Been in the industry for a long time and understands what is required to run a successful Nursery. Awesome customer service. Thanks Greg Daley

My greenkeeper’s level arrived quickly but it wasn’t level not sure if it was damaged in transport which is out of your control. What was in your control was that I rang you to talk about it but no answer so I left a message that hasn’t been answered. I have had numerous emails from you but no response from the message I left.

Helpful.knew their product n system .and fast delivery with tracker.

I recently purchased an order of Osomoform NXT. The website was easy to use; the payment window was secure; and the delivery of product was prompt. I would highly recommend fenland for your next materials purchase

The new updated online ordering system is great. You can get your order together at any time whether FL is open or not.
Team members who assist over the phone with questions & or follow up are so knowledgeable & courteous, its amazing service always. Plus, if they say they will get back to you they certainly do, every time. No company or business I know does this, as it pains me to be continually f/up others. So, it is always a pleasure to deal with FL.
The only thing is the out of stocks or low products that cause you to pay, but not receive until a later date.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. You always have what I want in stock. Your products are clean and current when it comes to labels.

Lovely staff, great advice and fast freight. Always a pleasure
