Fernland have been fantastic to work…

Fernland have been fantastic to work with always dependable, offering great advice, and providing quality products. I’ve really enjoyed working with Patrick and appreciate his guidance. Michael has also been consistently responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to continuing and doing more business together in the future.

Delivered quickly inspite of supplier delays

Staff were friendly, and always responded to my requests for an update immediately. Delays out of Fernlands control. Only thing that could have been done better was the fact that promised update phone calls never eventuated, and we had to reach out some days after the agreed contact date for an update. Given how busy you are, and the fact that in the greater scheme of things it was only a very small order, its understandable.

Once again outstanding effort from the Fernland team!! Many options much closer to home for my garden requirements but quality and service is second to none.
Online tracking and a well thought out website make it easy!!
