1) When purchase 1x Encyclopedia, I agreed to upgrade my order but site added the upgrade (sending me 2 books the same)
2) I ordered 14 December but didn't receive until after Xmas (I had to buy another Xmas present)
3) When received the delivery, I was very disappointed. These are not books but 2 page cards (not worth £20 each)

I emailed customer support on 14th & 19th Dec asking not to send duplication. This request wasn't acknowledged.

I returned the products 5th Jan and sent another 2 emails.

NOT RECIECED A REFUND FOR MY RETURN NOR A RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY 4 EMAILS!!!!!

Not as bad as I thought. I waited a long time and I decided these guys were scammers based on the research that I did too late, but they did send me the console I purchased for GBP42. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones?
They just didn't reply to my emails and the product was received much later than expected. i.e. a whole month.

I ordered some pop up books for the grandchildren and one was supposed to have 35 popups but only had 3. I contacted Walker Books who confirmed these were pirated rip off copies. I've tried contacting Ferristale but no response.

I ordered on ferristale and I received my purchase today. It did say delivered yesterday and when it was not there got concerned after reading reviews. But had gone to next door so happy purchase

Scammers. Do not use. Took my money and item not delivered. Unable to contact.

Chased where parcel was - Got an email to say they had problem with stock or something so looked at reviews on here and saw how many people were complaining - sent another email to say pls cancel my order and refund, asap - expected nothing and was ready to raise a dispute via the bank but a day later got an email to say cancelled and I would get a refund - it miraculously appeared today ! So keep trying !

Do not buy from this company. No communication or update on delivery. Lodged a claim with my bank and received refund.

Complete scam payed for a Christmas present chased several times and no response at all from them 4 weeks nothing

No goods delivered. No response from customer service. Nothing. Thankfully I received immediate refund via PayPal

Absolutely rubbish. You order but do not get it at all. The worst company ever. I never had an issue eith any of my orders from other company. Please DO NOT order from this company. You will loose you money and never get your order. Very disappointing that I ordered from here.

Ordered for a game console over a month ago to Ireland but it never arrived. They don’t respond to mails and tracking system is inaccurate. They are scammers. I asked Klarna to stop deduction until they deliver my item.

Purchased 3 hand held consoles £96 spent. No delivery, no communication. Didnt look at reviews. Stay away,total scammers. Will chase refund through credit card. Happy Christmas

TOTAL SHITE SCAMMERS SHOULD BE PART OF THE LIEBOUR PARTY. AFTER SEVERAL IGNORED EMAILS CONTACTED BANK AND GOT REFUND. TRUSTPILOT SHOULD HAVE MINUS STARS..

Ordered a games console of Facebook add. Never received. Have emailed them but no reply. Keep clear of these chancers

If I could give no stars I would clearly a scam and I have to wait another 15 days before I can raise a dispute.

Had ordered a handheld games console and my emails are ignored please please everyone don’t use this company!

If anyone is in the same situation contact your bank or if credit card was used you can raise a dispute I hope this helps.

Ordered paid £79.99 and never received goods wish I read reviewd. Emails numerous times with no response seems to be a scam site. DO NOT ORDER

I made an order since the 28th of November but still am yet to receive it.
I emailed the support email to no avail, no contact number to reach them.
Pleae, everyone should stop ordering anything from this company because they are scams.
