I ordered some dresses on February 11th and they somehow shipped them to Illinois (I live in Atlanta). So I reached out to customer service and they claimed that the address they shipped them to was the one I had on file. Mind you, I've never lived in that state and I've never ordered from this site before. So they claim that they would do expedited shipping, but that took another 3 weeks and they claimed that they indeed delivered it to my correct work address. Once again, it didn't show up and there's no signature/picture proof, so I have no idea if they actually delivered it. So I reached out to customer service again and they claim they could only allow a 70% refund. I told them that I paid 100%, so I want 100% of the product or 100% of my money back. They claim that they would give me a full refund but it's going to take 15-25 days. This is unacceptable because they took my money right away when I ordered, I've waited over a month to get the items that never showed up, now I have to wait almost another month to hopefully get my money back. I honestly think this company does this in hopes of people forgetting that they've even ordered or is due a refund so that they can profit from getting people's money without delivering the goods. I'd love for some to prove me wrong on this.

I never received my purchase. Reached out to them and they said they would resend my order. Again, never arrived. Demanded a refund and was offered only a portion of it. I continued to email and was told I would have my refund deposited within 15 business days. I made the order in December, it is now April and I have not received a dime. Worst scam company i have ever encountered

I ordered 2 pairs of Hey Dudes and 2 shirts. It was “delivered” but I never actually received anything. I contacted them and they “re shipped” the order. It shows as “delivered” but again NOTHING. Now they’re claiming they can only give me a 70% refund. Total SCAM.

Do not waste your time on this website it is a complete scam! Luckily they only scammed me out of 30 dollars and not more. They have what looks like a legit website and even tracking looks legit but it most definitely is not!

I ordered Hey Dude slippers over a month ago and still no package! I have contacted customer service with emails on 5 occasions with them constantly stating that is has cleared customs and will take additional 7-15 days!! Still no update and no package!!

The tracking system looks bogus and I believe this is truly a SCAM!!
Facebook should do better with allowing scammers to advertise!!

I placed an order, they took my money, I waited over a month and it finally said my order was delivered in the middle of the night but it wasn't and now I can't even contact them. This place is a scam.

Zero stars from me! Ordered Hey Dudes in December. Said they were delivered to my home today. They're not here. Same thing happened to my sister. She's filing a claim. We are out over $100 between the two of us. 😡 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered 46.00 never received shoes, after about 10 messages from me, they sent me 10.00. Its a scam, even the tracking looks fake.

I ordered about 5 pairs of shoes middle of November. Never received them even though they said delivered. Contacted support and asked for a replacement. They sent a new package. Waited almost a month and then it said delivered again but I didn’t receive the new package either. They are not responding to my emails.

I had placed an Order for some Hey Dudes about 10 days ago. I have emailed them several times and they only emailed me back with a tracking number that on some logistics form that I couldn’t even get to click on the tracking number to see where my packages were. Then the 3rd time they offered me 40% of my money back and I refused I told them all I wanted was my packages the Hey Dude shoes I ordered!! Here it is 3 day all over again and I still do not have my packages!!

I ordered from tiktok shop back in December for hey dudes and have yet to receive anything although they said my order was on the way. I can't even track it
