Horrific Quality and Terrible Business Policy and Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed by both the quality and their service. I am reading now through these reviews that a lot of other customers have has very similar experiences and it feels like Few Moda imposes extremely sketchy and poor business practices.
I ordered an item online, tried it on when I received it, it didn't fit and was very poor quality. I immediately took off the item and put it back in it's bag with all original tags intact and returned the item in it's original packaging. I then got an email saying my return was rejected due to a deodorant mark. This is astonishing - I hardly tried on the item and certainly never wore it anywhere. Something that can easily happen in a try on experience and seems like an utterly bizarre reason to deny a return. I have been emailing their customer service back and forth and they are no longer answering any of my emails and are refusing to return my money. So I am now left without the item and without my money. This is truly horrible business practice that should be illegal. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
It should also be noted the quality of the items and fabric is horrible and not what they are claiming to be....

Their returns are a scam!
I purchased a few things there and then returned the ones that fit me, literally put them right back in the bag after I tried them on. They now refuse to return money for one of the items because it’s stained. They sent a photo but the stain didn’t come from me. It’s clearly fraudulent and I have no recourse as a customer to get my money or at the very least, the dress back! They truly leave you powerless. I would stay away!
Lastly, the quality isn’t good, which I guess makes sense if they’re using suppliers that supply crappy quality brands like Reformation.

I had technical difficulties in returning a product where I had one day left in the return window but the webpage said I was unable to return the item. I contact Few Moda and within minutes they responded and within an hour they adjusted the actual webpage just to make sure I could submit the return. Great service!
Membership fee scam
I purchased a membership only to find out all the clothes are ill fitting and the fabrics aren't great. Even if you return ALL the products they will not refund the membership fee. It seems like a scam to offer inferior quality products and a quick cash grab for a useless membership fee. Save your money and skip this site.

Fabulous company that has gone really downhill
I first came across Few Moda almost five years ago at a fashion industry event, and at the time, the company felt like a well-kept industry insiders' secret. For a quarterly membership fee of $40 (which doesn't get put towards purchases), the company negotiated directly with factories who work for high-end designer brands to make fantastic, trendy clothes available for way, way less than those designers typically charged.
I became a member in early 2022. At first, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible quality - we're talking items in natural fibers, fully lined, with pockets and other thoughtful tailoring details. Few Moda offers similiar designs to more expensive brands (Selkie's famous puff dress, Staud's Wells dress, Hill House Home's Nap dress) but they also offer their own beautiful original designs. Free shipping/returns were included in the membership, and I got tons of items and returned several without incident.
Something has gone terribly wrong the past few months. It started with Few Moda running a "sale" that was poorly adminstered, with numerous items selling out, not shipping on time, or facing other issues. Then they tried to launch a jewelry line. I excitedly bought a cute little cherry necklace. The item that arrived felt cheap and tacky. The chain was rough and poorly made, and scratched/tugged at my hair. I wrote to Few Moda to ask for a refund. They said they'd look into it. I searched for the necklace on Google, only to find MULTIPLE vendors selling the exact same necklace on AliExpress for $2. I emailed Few Moda again - after all, they claim to tie up with high-end factories for exclusive items. No one at Few Moda ever bothered to respond.
Fast forward to recently. I returned a dress I'd bought bc it didn't fit. I got a randomly generated email from Few Moda saying the return had been "rejected". I've never had that happen with Few Moda or ANY other brand. When I wrote to Few Moda's customer service, they told me the dress had "stains". This confused me - I'd tried the dress on for maybe 2 minutes, there's no way the garment could have picked up stains. Then it got weirder - they told me that due to their store policy, they couldn't return the item OR my money. At this point I was fully fed up, and said that they could either refund me in full OR give me the dress I'd paid for, but they couldn't keep both the dress and my cash. I was honestly boggled that they chose to act this way with someone who'd been a member for YEARS - my membership fees were easily 5x the price of the dress in question. They did refund me at this point, but it was the final straw and I cancelled my membership.
The charitable view here is that competitive pressure, tariff uncertainty, and leadership/strategy change have led to a lot of issues at the company. The uncharitable view is that they've intentionally gone in a scammy-feeling direction, buying low end products, skimping on customer service, and getting stingy about returns. I stuck around for several months bc I loved the brand, but the hassle-free shpiping/returns and excellent CS were how I justified the membership. There are other companies I can buy from who don't require a quarterly fee. I feel bad writing this review, bc I genuinely do think this was a great concept and some of their items are still great, but I just can't wrap my mind around these really negative recent interactions I've had. I hope they turn things around!

Incredible customer service
There was an item missing from my shipment, and when I reached out to FewModa about it, I had almost immediate responses and options for quick resolutions of this issue. Their team was incredibly responsive, respectful, and did everything they could to rectify the problem. Their customer service alone will keep me coming back, in addition to their incredible clothes and prices!
Terrible customer service. They didn’t ship the item for over two weeks. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this store.
I ordered a top and purchased a 3-month membership with this store. My order never arrived. When I asked why it was taking so long, they claimed it was going through customs. But when I pointed out that we are in the USA, they admitted that the order was actually being shipped from outside the USA.
Overall, this website seems very suspicious, and I would strongly recommend saving your nerves and avoiding it!

Customer service is good, clothes are cute
I ordered a couple of pieces from them and one of the sets I ordered came missing the tie/belt that brought the outfit together. I emailed their customer service and provided pictures, they replied promptly and have me options to return it or for them to send a replacement. I opted for the replacement and made sure they didn't charge me again for it, the next day I received an email showing that they sent the replacement. This was my first experience with few moda but it was a good one, I appreciated their help with the issue I had and that they responded quickly to my emails.
I had a really good customer experience…
I had a really good customer experience with their team. I was extremely concerned about my over $500 order, and they were able to help me through it. Definitely gave me more faith in the company.
One note for the team - they use AI for their customer service, and you have to push through to talk to a rep. The AI has given me incorrect information every time I spoke to it. I highly recommend not using them any more, as it started off as a really unpleasant experience.
Very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Few Moda and do NOT recommend the company based on their handling of my recent return.
I purchased a dress, which unfortunately did not fit properly. I tried it on briefly at home and returned it in perfect condition, having worn it for only a few minutes and ensuring it remained completely unharmed. Despite this, Few Moda rejected my return, citing “flawed seams” as the reason—an issue that was clearly present before I received the item.
This type of response feels not only unfair, but also reflective of questionable business practices. As a customer who followed all return instructions and handled the item with care, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and transparency in how my return was processed.
I reached out hoping for a resolution, but was met with what appeared to be a refusal to stand by the quality of their product or offer reasonable customer service. This experience has left me unwilling to shop with Few Moda again. Would give zero stars if possible.
I hope the company takes serious steps to improve its return process and customer service policies.
EDIT/update: Few MODA responded and provided a full refund for my returned item.

Few Moda’s customer service is top tier
After USPS claimed they delivered my package from few moda in my parcel locker and it wasn’t actually in there, the Few Moda team was quick to help and fix the situation. I had been working with USPS and submitted tickets to figure out the issue but they kept claiming it had been delivered. The key to the parcel locker was locked in my mail box so no one other than USPS had access to it. But the locker was empty.
I explained the situation to the customer service team at Few Moda and they quickly remedied the situation and sent out replacement items or refunded items that were now out of stock. I did not expect Few Moda to do this as it was fault on USPS, but I’m glad to know Few Moda will make things right. I will definitely continue shopping with them knowing my orders will be honored.
I accidentally switched the labels on…
I accidentally switched the labels on returns and sent Few Moda a few hundred dollars of another company’s clothes. I sent them a new label and they agreed to send it to the other company directly. Much appreciated! I also have loved many of the items I’ve received from Few Moda!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - AVOID!
Few Moda market their returns as free for all members, but actually returns are only free if you're in the US. No warning about this during the whole checkout process. So on top of paying (and not being refunded) for the taxes additionally to the base price of each garment, you get the pleasure of paying even more to have the items returned. I ordered 2 dresses, returning both as material was poor on one and the other just was not flattering on me. If you're outside the USA, don't waste your money, plenty of good brands with better garment quality and a more transparent return policy.
