Louise Canter from Farringdon House Financial Services was our mortgage advisor when we bought our first home. It can be such a confusing and drawn-out process, but Louise was the best part of it; she was so helpful and clear, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us. Couldn't recommend enough!

I contacted Farringdon House about a remortgage for a potential buy to let property. They responded to my enquiry very promptly the next morning. After taking some details and then me submitting all information needed they had a mortgage offer within 5 days. All of the service was carried out by telephone and email. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and approachable. I would wholeheartedly recommend their service and will use them again if required.

I honestly can't recommend Louise enough to act as anyone's mortgage advisor. She took the time to understand our situation then thoroughly went through all our options in what turned out to be a slightly tricky situation. My other half works shifts, however that didn’t phase Louise who was incredibly flexible in her timings ensuring we were updated as soon as possible.
