Top class service, bottle was dispatched within a day of purchase and delivered the next day. Bottle was extremely well packed and arrived mint, you can tell this company have great passion not only for whisky but for delivering a great service for their customers. Fib whisky went above and beyond with their packaging and I can safely say it's the best I've seen in all my years of collecting whisky. They were kind enough to keep me updated about the dispatch times and when to expect my purchase, something that goes a long way in endearing their customers. Both of these fellas deserve the very best of luck in their future business and I will be shopping with them again, that's for certain. I highly recommended them to a few collector friends and would recommend them to anyone else that's interested in unique whisky. These are the fellas to shop with, because they undoubtedly have the passion and endeavour to take whisky to another level.

Bought many bottles off this independent bottlers, fantastic non chill filtered whisky. Great taste, thought-provoking avant-gardness artwork. Breaking the traditional standard of a whisky label, which is going under a massive creative shift. These are a great example of using artwork and storytelling to promote whisky and appeal to the next generation of whisky drinkers.

No problems with delivery and kept myself informed at each stage of the process and a hand written thank you card inside with my delivery.

If you're ever in the area the place is well worth a vist and can highly recommend the bottle your own bottle tasting tour!

I diverted my delivery to a local Post office to be picked up as the last time I received an order from you the Post office left it on the front door step, in clear view of passers by and was lucky my wife arrived home an hour after they delivered.
Unfortunately I now find that the post office I selected has been shut down by immigration officials, and now have no way of accessing the parcel.
been to another local post office to see if they can access but been told no.....so now no whisky !!!
