Great customer service
They are the only energy brokers that we have used who really look out for you and get have been able to negotiate great new contracts in place well in advance of our current contact end dates (over 6 months in some cases).

Excellent company to partner with
We have worked with Fidelity for nearly 6 months and the service they have provided to us has been fantastic.The Energy industry is a new market for us and the training and support has been very comprehensive and enabled us to hit the ground running and gain a number of new customers already. Our Internal Account Manager Charlotte is extremely helpful, prompt to respond and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Fidelity Energy as a trusted partner.

Fidelity are a great partner
Fidelity are a great partner to Armstrong Bell. Both Jason and Joe are very supportive in both education of the energy market and in processing quotes and contracts - and we've had some tricky ones too! Great company
We have been working with Fidelity for several years and we can't fault what they offer. Our account manager's Zack & Joe are always available to assist us with any queries and when they are not around, the rest of the team are always willing to step in and help.
It's because of them we can offer our customers competitive pricing on their utilities with the same level of professional services that they give us.

Fantastic company
I have worked with Fidelity for over 12 months now and the support they give to their partners and customers is second to none. My contact Christian is always at the end of the phone when I need him, alternatively the rest of the team are always happy to help with prompt and accurate advice.
I have daily contact with Fidelity, they are constantly professional, friendly and courteous. I look forward to continued work with them and would highly recommend them to potential partners and customers.

Saved over 30% on electric for my company
A great experience - was well handled and looked after from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to save on their energy bills and will use again when my contract is up for renewal!
