We have worked alongside Fidelity and Jason Fernyhough for many years and has always been a great relationship, they have provided us with invaluable support and in depth knowledge of the market we wouldn't have had without them.

I had a great experience using this energy broker for my business. From the first call, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The advisor(AWAIS IQBAL) took the time to explain all the available options in a clear and simple way, which made it much easier to choose the right contract. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure me into making a quick decision.

The whole process was smooth, and they managed to secure a very competitive rate compared to what I had previously. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions I had.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sort out their energy contracts without the usual stress.

Fidelity Energy have been an absolute game-changer for our business when it comes to managing energy costs. Like most companies, we’d been quietly absorbing rising bills without really challenging them—until we brought Fidelity in. From the outset, they took a proactive, no-nonsense approach, quickly identifying inefficiencies and areas where we were simply overpaying.

What stood out was how straightforward they made the process. No jargon, no fluff—just clear advice and tangible results. They handled supplier negotiations, reviewed our contracts, and ensured we were on the most competitive rates available. The savings were immediate and, more importantly, sustainable over the long term.

It wasn’t just about cost-cutting either. They gave us far better visibility over our energy usage, which has helped us make smarter operational decisions. That level of insight is something we simply didn’t have before.

In a world where overheads are constantly creeping up, having a partner like Fidelity Energy genuinely makes a difference. They’ve saved us significant cash without adding complexity, which is exactly what you want. If you’re not reviewing your energy properly, you’re almost certainly leaving money on the table.

Beware. Extremely poor experience from Fidelity energy.
Signed via Fidelity Energy with a supplier in May 2025. Queried why we were still getting communications on June 23rd onwards from our previous gas supplier, was told to continue sending readings. December 3rd we realise that we have not been set up correctly with the electricity supplier and we have been paying dual gas payments with two gas suppliers. Contacted Fidelity Energy December 3rd and told they would look into this with the supplier. They raised the issue with the supplier on December 18th, 15 days later. We now have a bill for just under £8000 to find the funds for. I have had to continually chase for responses.
When raised as a formal complaint we were told by their Chief Commercial Officer, that we were lucky that the money hadn't been taken and also advised information that I had to correct him on on two instances. He apologised and admitted he hadn't bothered to read through the complaint properly.
In the process I had dealings with six members of staff and the Chief Exec. All were slow to respond, did not look into issues when they said they were. Our final dealing was with the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Energy. He sees no issue with the way Fidelity Energy have behaved over the last nine months. He did however offer to remove a bad review he left my business in response to me leaving an honest review on his if I reviewed my review. Absolutely shocking.
I would advise any business' thinking about using Fidelity Energy to use their own due care and diligence to choose an honest a and professional broker.
We tried to complain via the Ombudsman but unfortunately because they are a broker and not a supplier we have been advised that the complaint cannot be upheld.

Fluid Consult have been a partner of Fidelity for over ten years. Their experience in the energy market is second to none. This is a massive asset when quoting customers, resolving issues and providing the highest level of service.

John saved me from the worst excesses on the energy market spike back in October 2022 when I almost entered into a contract at £1.10 per Kwh which would have been ruinous. He consistently reads the market and enables us to be get the best rates and also when all these energy consultants ring up , I just refer them to him which is lovely.
