Shipping terrible

Shipping terrible. No notification which day is coming. No possibility to track the shipment.
I bought two tables. They put them one into the other one and they are stuck. Useless. And the box was damaged to the point of practically it was open when I received it. I have videos of everything. It's is not just a problem of the damaged box. The tables were not packed properly. Reply has been given, video sent.

You contacted us 4 hours ago, we literally answered you in two minutes and you didn't reply to us, we didn't have time to solve your problem.
You sent us only photos of the box, I understand it can be damaged during the shipping but you haven't sent us photos of the tables, we need that in order to send you new ones, give you a refund solve it in another way. The candles and mikados we understand that it arrived correctly.
You received a mail with the track of the shipment. We are trying to improve this and we will send it via whatsapp in a future. I understand It should be given to you without asking but If you asked us we could gave you the tracking in real time.
We are sorry you had a bad experience.
