The customer service I received was fast and very easy to access especially cause I was freaking out due to paying a price I was not expecting to pay and needed it canceled and they were understanding... もっと見る

Well, they understood the situation. I explained to them and they happily helped me out without any confrontation so if I ever do need to order something from here, I will definitely do it.

This is a good website and the customer service is very nice. I had a problem with my subscription and they are helping me with it. Still not completely solved but, they are helping a lot.

The person I chatted with was pleasant

The person I chatted with was pleasant. I don’t remember signing up with fiestakeeper so I was a bit confused. I don’t remember ordering anything but if you tell me what it was i ordered it might help me recall. I would be most appreciative if you can help me clear this matter up. Thank you very much

Mala experiencia

Quiero dejar esta reseña a modo de reclamo sobre una suscripción y posterior cobro que no desee realizar.
Realicé los reclamos correspondientes y la respuesta es que no es posible el reembolso,.luego de haber enviado un correo ofreciendo la devolución a cambio de una reseña positiva. Aún sigo a la espera de una respuesta favorable.
No se dejen engañar.

I was not happy with my partial refund

I was not happy with my partial refund. I signed up from a survey that stated I pay a certain amount and I get a free package of yarn. Did not happen. Your company says I bought credits. Not what I did. So now I'm getting back the 8.73 that was charged as membership but I am still not getting back my $15.63
