Feedback on Interview Scheduling Experience
Hello,
I'd like to share feedback about my recent experience scheduling an interview for a humanoid robot pilot position with recruiter Mikayla Noh.
After receiving an invitation for a 15-minute call, I chose the earliest available time (7:00 PM that same day). No one contacted me at that time. I then rescheduled the call for 11:00 AM the following day.
About an hour before the meeting, I received a message from recruiter Mikayla Noh informing me that the time I had chosen wasn't available and that I had requested a more convenient time for her. I responded and asked Mikayla to schedule a more convenient time for her so I could adjust my schedule. She offered several time slots, and I again adjusted my schedule to meet at 1:00 PM on April 23rd.
At the scheduled time, I was ready and waiting, but the interview never took place. I was not notified of either the cancellation or the delay. I even sent a message at 1:00 PM, saying I was expecting a call, but I received no response.
Due to the complexity of the recruiter's decision, three interviews were scheduled, and none of them took place without explanation or advance notice.
I fully understand that schedules can change, but the lack of communication and repeated no-shows indicate a disregard for candidates' time. As a candidate, I made every effort to be flexible and responsive, frequently changing my plans to accommodate the recruiter's availability.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your planning and communication process with future candidates.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Konstantin
