Poor navigation. Always scrolls to the top of the list when you navigate to another page or w/o and back.

Fiix is a complete maintenance solution that continues to evolve and improve. The customer service fast and effective. Pricing is reasonable even for small businesses. I frequently recommend it to others in my industry.

The program is a great way to track issues and maintenance due dates. As well as a good platform for employees to convey their problems to the maintenance crew and have the problem documented

This program helps me to organize and execute my tasks with ease.

This is a good software, really easy and quick to use. The only bad point is the reporting wich a bit complicated to program.

Wish there was a way that you could put a fix in that is everyday for the week without doing it separately everyday

If you have PM's with a lot of entries , once you fill in the checks on the showing page and need to scroll down the page jumps back up to the top so you need to scroll down after each entry to find your next place to check it is time consuming and annoying.

i have six month in use, don't working in complete program

the pages load slow when your creating a work order and when your filling out the work order.

I wish the website would keep the curser where you last were when you page back.
You sometimes get confused and have to hunt around to find the next task..

This CMMS is very fast and simple.
Also user friendly.
