Signal dropouts aboard a vessel are unfortunately outside of our control and can cause session timeouts, even while our system is operating perfectly. Great way to see the Yasawas
Easy to do. Clear and efficient. It would be good if the fuel service sub charge added at the time of booking than paying it on the boat. Also, would be great if there was more food options available in the captains lounge and if they suited out the luggage clearance at the end of the trip as it was quite a long wait before you received your bags. It would’ve been great if they had made it easier for your bags to come off, especially if you had booked the captains lounge. As collecting the bags at the end was quite mission in the dark.

We partner with local operators across different routes to make booking island travel seamless, but we don't operate the vessels, lounge amenities, or luggage handling ourselves.
Regarding your specific notes:
1. Fuel Surcharges: Because of the current fuel crisis, South Sea Cruises has set a temporary surcharge and requires this to be paid directly at check-in on the day of travel. This fee cannot be collected online in advance.
2. Lounge Options & Luggage Handling: We will gladly pass your feedback regarding Captain's Lounge catering options and the luggage retrieval process at the port directly to the management team at South Sea Cruises so they can look into improving the guest experience.

And then I couldn't select our hotel for the shuttle collectiom even though it is definitely on the list of hotels that the shuttle goes to

1. Hotel Transfers: Thanks to your heads-up, we fixed the shuttle dropdown issue so the option to select Nadi/Denarau hotels is available again.
2. Currency Display: While our default currency EUR, we display estimated prices in Fijian Dollars (FJD) in search results, and we are launching AUD, NZD, and USD estimates next week to make planning even easier.
3. Calendar Selection: Our calendar is designed to highlight only the single departure date you select, not a range of days. We are following up with you by email to see if there was a visual display glitch on your device so we can look into it.
