We appreciate the great rating! It is frustrating when technology does not cooperate on the first try. While these processing delays are usually down to external bank connections, we are glad it eventually went through and that you had a good experience otherwise.

We are sorry to hear about the stress you experienced at the port. To clarify for other travelers: this review concerns the on-site check-in process managed by ferry staff, not our booking platform. All bookings made through our site are digitally confirmed and transmitted to the ferry's system at the time of purchase.

We are currently investigating why the operator’s staff at the dock had difficulty locating your valid reservation, which is an exceptionally unusual occurrence.

While we are assisting in finding the root cause, please note that the boarding experience is entirely under the domain of the ferry operator, and not a reflection of our service as an online booking platform.

Thank you for your feedback! Regarding the Bula Pass, we agree that it’s not always the right fit for every itinerary, as the set durations are determined by the ferry operator.

Regarding your booking experience, it sounds like you may have missed our 'ADD MORE TRIPS' button in the booking cart (right next to the 'Complete Booking' button). We are currently the only platform that allows travelers to bundle various Fiji operators and different routes into one single transaction.

By using this feature, you can build your entire itinerary in one go and receive a single, consolidated confirmation. Because you made several separate bookings instead of using the cart feature, our system treated them as individual orders, which resulted in those multiple emails.

We’re sorry you missed that functionality this time, but we hope this tip helps other travelers looking to keep their island-hopping logistics in one place!

We feel that a 1-star review is a totally unfair reflection of our service for a situation apparently caused by a customer oversight during checkout.

We have reached out to you several times via email to resolve this misunderstanding, but we have yet to receive a response. To clarify the facts for the public:

Currency Oversight: There has been no "overcharge." Our website exclusively uses Euro (€) currency, which is clearly displayed at every stage of the booking process. The total on your statement is simply your bank’s conversion of that Euro amount into your home currency.

Price Integrity: Our rates are set to match the Fiji Dollar (FJD) pricing provided by the local ferry operators. You are paying the same market rate you would find with any other vendor; the only difference is the transaction currency.

Regulated Business: We are a long-established travel company operating under strict EU regulations. We maintain the highest standards of transparency and payment security.

Goodwill Offer: While the bank's exchange rate is entirely outside of our control, we have already offered you a full refund via email if you are dissatisfied with the conversion applied by your financial institution.

We appreciate your note on the currency. Because we are a European company, the Euro is our functional currency. We chose it as our default to provide a stable pricing standard and, more importantly, to avoid the 'Dollar confusion' we’ve seen in the past.

With guests coming from Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Canada, the "$" sign can be interpreted in several different ways. Additionally, the Fiji Dollar (FJD) can fluctuate quite a bit against major global currencies. Using the Euro allows us to maintain consistency and offer the security of a European-regulated booking platform.
