unbeatable at this price point by an absolute mile. its brilliant. web UI not perfect, I get some storage wasting due to file ghosting, doesn't have a desktop app, but you know what, I've tested many more "established" solutions and they can't compete. They either have very unreliable desktop apps, don't support ctime\mtime via webdav, and some even have no 2fa on FTP.

Upload/Download speeds rock. Support are good and responsive.

I use rclone to back all my stuff up via webdav

Its really good. I'm going to buy up more 2tb bundles for family at this price, its way cheaper and safer than buying a physical drive.

Am a really happy customer. Will it last for a lifetime? Am not sure, but even if I get a couple years out of it I'm happy. If it keeps going, I will keep buying more space.

I'm Dead and Don't Know It.

UPDATE: The Issue has been fixed (thank you), but I still can't migrate my files as directed. I'll try again tomorrow.

I bought the 2TB lifetime subscription last year. I had no problem setting up my account and getting the 2FA set up. I tried to log on this morning, and nothing works. They say my logon credentials don't match what they have, my authenticator app 6-digit number is invalid, and my 21-character security code doesn't match what they have. So, I guess my lifetime subscription is failing because I am dead and don't know it.

Please try resetting the password again, You should receive the email. For 2FA, try opening the site in Incognito mode, and enter the code, it should work, and you should be able to login then.

API con problemas y sin opcion a otra forma de subir archivos

Funciona pero su servicio de api, es una pesadilla, duplica archivos, oculta archivos que despues por medio del id no se encuentra y generan archivos fantasma que no se pueden aliminar y ocupan espacio, seria bueno que mejor diseñaran una aplicacion ellos ya que por ser asi solo su sitio web es funcional. Seria bueno que colocaran otras opciones mas faciles para subir archivos sin usar su sitio WEB.

Cannot upload multiple files

Trying to upload the big directory with photos; After uploading some files (few GB) upload is stopped; no notification/error message is send; Can not understand what is uploaded; cannot understand why is it stopped.
Upload process is not comfortable, no logging/error reporting.

A site with a big problem has really made up for it. Good job, FileJump!

I recently bought the 2TB cloud storage space from this company for life. At around $70 after taxes, this seemed like a very good deal. At first, I was pleased. I was able to upload many of the files from my old computer to my cloud storage space on their site. It was slow, but it worked. And it was such a great deal, and I wasn't in a great hurry, so I wasn't even really upset that their site was so slow.

However, a couple of weeks after buying my cloud storage, and after I had uploaded 55 GB of files to the site, I could not access my files, nor upload any more files to their site.

I tried emailing them twice about this problem, and it took a day or two to receive a reply. I was very upset, and initially left a pretty scathing 1 star review of this company. However, after receiving their reply by email, I have noticed that they have now fixed whatever the problem was, and now, not only is their site working, it is working much faster than it was before. I must admit, I am very pleasantly surprised. I was able to upload to, and download from their site today with no issues, and it is now much faster than it was before.

I have to give this company credit. While I was very unhappy when their service went down (without any word or explanation from them), I am very pleasantly surprised with how quickly they fixed the problem, and how they also emailed me an apology and a notification that the problem has been fixed.

Therefore, I have upgraded their review from a 1 star to a 4 star review. If would be 5 stars if they had been up front about the problems they were experiencing when they happened, rather than leaving me and other customers in the dark, wondering what had happened.

In the future, if you have technical issues with your site, please inform your customers that you have issues, what those issues are, and approximately how long you think it will take to fix those issues. Transparency = Trust.

Download is pretty fast

Download is pretty fast, upload is slow but consistent. Ultimately at this price point it represents great value. Personally I'd pay more for faster upload but as it's only a backup rather them a live syncing service I'm giving it 5 stars.

The Service is Fast and Reliable

The Service is Fast and Reliable. It is simple yet efficient. Support is very kind and responsive. I have not faced any problems. It is a great-quality product.
Generally, reviews are mixed for all kinds of services online. I would say, one should try out the service first-hand and see whether it fits his or her needs. In my experience File Jump works as expected, and the speeds are particularly fast, especially for Asian users as the servers are in Asia. What's not to like. I hope File Jump keeps growing and improving. Thank You.

share link isn't working on filejump, its asking users to create an account to download a file. Trying to create a new member doesn't work get an error "There was an issue. Please try again later". Trying to contact them doesn't work, get an error "There was an issue. Please try again later". Is there an email address to contact support?

Since purchase on Nov-1-2024

Since purchase on Nov-1-2024, the drag and drop feature has not worked. No manual or technical support seems to be available. Photos are slow to upload or not at all. As I write this on Jan-8-2025, no files have been able to be uploaded for the past 2+ days. Filejump does not offer any frills, however, even as basic cloud storage, it is dismal. I am disappointed with the time, effort and money, that I have wasted with this cloud storage service.

Drag-and-Drop is the core feature of FileJump and there is no instance of it not working, Filejump is web-based, to upload the files you just have to drag them to the dashboard, we have hundred(s) of active users on our site since the last 2 years, none of our users have raised issue of Drag-and-Drop not working, we have shared a video of that with you too, and we are yet to receive your response for our email dated 09th January 2025.

Cannot Reach Customer Service at all

After paying have been trying to log in for 2+ weeks. Cant figure out the problem and NO ONE has gotten back to me. They have 24 hours from now until I ask Mastercard to refund my money...

FINALLY a resolution: email problem was on the payment side and has been resolved. Their original instructions should have specified who was who because dealing with THREE entities on a purchase was too much (at least for me). All is well.

They got back to me pretty fast (apologies for not checking my email). However, problem is not resolved of inability to download in zip files. I believe that this would be a simple fix once I get help from the support team, and would recommend to friends.

Painfully slow uploads, constantly crashing, website is gibberish and no response to chat

I have around 40mbps upload speeds but trying to upload to the 2TB filejump storage I purchased recently has been so painful! Constantly crashes despite no other open tabs in my browser crashing, so I have to start again. Uploads just a few GB per day, and I need to do 2TB! Also wanted to find out how to sync my files in real time, but their website page is mostly gibberish of special characters, very frustrating. So I messaged them through the chat that popped open when on their website, but it appears nobody's home as after over 15 minutes still no response or indication when there would be. So I left the chat open asking them to provide an email address, and when I checked it around 2 hours later it'd been automatically closed with no response! I'd clicked to have the chat transcript sent to my email, so could see nobody ever responded and no reason given for it suddenly closing. Very poor customer service allowing people to ask a question without indicating when you can respond and closing without responding. I will be asking for a full refund if filejump can't respond to me in a reasonable timeframe and advise how I can get their program to upload more than just a few GB per day and stop crashing.

• Upload in batches: Upload files in batches instead of all at once.
• Disable network security: Disable your anti-virus, ad blockers, and firewall.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can fix issues with items taking longer to load.

Even at $90, not worth it. Go with a bigger company

Uploads don't seem to work well. I will put a batch of several files in, and when I come back to it hours later (sometimes I let it upload overnight), I get a blank webpage. So I refresh the page and notice that the majority of my files didn't upload. So I start the process again, and the same thing happens. But worse, the files that DID upload appear more than once! I realize that this was a very inexpensive deal so I am not complaining, but I'd have paid a lot more for something that worked right. That, and has a native Linux (or Windows) client.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! I took advantage of the Black Friday deal. I figured for that price what could go wrong. Well, it just doesn't work!
It spends a lot of time copying but most of my files are not there.
I tried doing a chat to get tech support. NO ONE IS HOME!!! No one is answering the chat. And there is no phone number to be found to call.
This is just a horror! It doesn't work and there is no one to talk to. forget about am online user's manual.

Filejump is the fastest storage available. Additionally, if you inquire via email, you'll receive a response very quickly. Currently, it is only available online, but an app is expected to be released soon. Once the app is launched, automatic photo backup is anticipated.

Furthermore, it would be great if filejump could connect with make.com automation. Nowadays, many people utilize various features through integration.

I recommend it to those looking for affordable backup storage solutions.
