The patience and understanding I found in Filipino Visa, is what I found most remarkable. I talked to one lady and she was kind and very professional. She set appointment for someone to call me at 5:30 pm. For my free consultation worth $800 usd or at least that's what the first lady said. No one called me at 5:30. I didn't even get an email from them as to why they didn't call. A few hours later I messaged them and they said they had wrong number. Keep in mind they called me to set appointment. They rescheduled for 3 pm the following day. This lady was so rude and spoke so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. My 15 minute consultation was 7 minutes and the lady rushed to payment part. I tried asking questions but they won't answer anything until I pay 3k usd. I sent several emails which were never answered. Except the last one were I was told to pay.

filipino visa is 100% legit. i met my wife on facebook and after 1.5 years together and 3 visits you her country. i wanted to marry her and bring her here with me for the rest of our lives. i didn’t know anything about how to do this. filipino visa took care of everything from start to end. the paperwork to my government was completed flawlessly. other people who tried to do the paperwork themselves were receiving RFE ( request for further evidence).. we didn’t received any such requests. they were always very professional and polite. my wife has now been here in the united states with me for almost 2 years. thank you filipina visa

I was making inquiries to Ivy about K1 visa for my Fiancé in the Philippines
When she got disconnected from our conversation. She did not even attempt to call me back. She has my number but was Very Unprofessional with her Dealings with potential clients.

I even sent Ivy a message on her email account. But Still Being Unprofessional as she never responded back, totally ignoring me. I even called that day to speak to the Vise President
Genevieve for my concerns, she was in a meeting and was told she would call tomorrow which has been two days.
Another unprofessional worker.
They lost potential good clients.
