Hello, my name is Snoofey, and I’d like to share my experience with Filipino Visa services during my K1 and K2 visa process.

Overall, I can say that Filipino Visa provided good support throughout our visa journey. They were particularly helpful in guiding us through the various steps, which made the otherwise daunting K1 and K2 process much smoother. The team was always responsive to our queries and gave clear instructions on what needed to be done next.

However, there were a few technical issues that caused some setbacks. For instance, Filipino Visa didn’t thoroughly review my fiancé’s submitted documents to the USCIS. As a result, some minor errors in his personal details slipped through, which could have been avoided with a more careful review. While these mistakes were minor, they still caused pressure in me and fiance.

On the day of my embassy interview, I faced another challenge. Some of the required documents were given to me late by the agent assigned to my case. This last-minute rush added more pressure during an already stressful day. While I was still able to complete my interview successfully, the added stress could have been avoided if everything had been prepared and handed to me on time.

Despite these issues, I appreciate the overall assistance from Filipino Visa. They helped us navigate the complicated visa process and were an essential part of our successful K1 and K2 applications. I would recommend their services, but I would also suggest that they pay closer attention to detail in the future to avoid these minor but stressful issues.

My fiance and I have had an excellent experience with Filipino Visa. We began the process with Mark Joves and then were transferred to our visa coordinator, Chers Cruzada, and both are great at what they do!

Wish I had pursued a different firm to represent me and my fiancé. These folks just don't care about customer service. Lost documentation had to be refiled 3 times.
Scheduled to Manila were not consolidated and could have been. With the Premium package I purchased, only 3 days of hotel were covered and it took 10 days and 4 trips to Manila from Kalinga. (8 days travel) My fiancé was crying before the process was close to complete. Total Sham
If you want a visa o the USA go o some other firm !

For now I just done my medical appointment 1 day ago,I did my medical in 3 days bcz I had an additional medical, but the Filipino Visa guide and help until I passed my medical, they're very good when it comes to assistance for their clients.thats why I gave 5 star for Filipino Visa ,they always call me to help until my appointment was done..thank you Filipino Visa and for all the assistant who assist me during my medical.godbless u all.

Filipino Visa definitely took the heartburn out of the K1 process for me. There were very professional even when I repeatedly asked questions and they me to bring my fiancée to the US from the Philippines with no incident. Me and my Beloved are now married this week, and we cannot see ourselves doing this whole process own our own. Thank you FV.

the company keeps in touch even during the long waiting periods.My only complaints are when I doing my part of the process my agent was in the Phi;ippines and now my wlfe's agent is in the USA.The 2 night stay in the hotel the agency pays for I was not told my wife would be sharing the room with 4 strangers

Disappointed, I thought they could help me with my case but they said no they’re not offering that kind of service.

This company has been professional, understanding and exceptionally kind through this process. I highly recommend them if you are seeking a K1 or spousal visa for you and your partner.
