We're about halfway through our K1 process and I will say Filipino Visa has been great so far. They are diligent, detail oriented and have put a lot of effort into helping us get the initial filing right. Yes it's extra work and took longer than we had expected but we have a high level of confidence in our filing at this point.

Filipino Visa is worth every penny to do this on our own. We would’ve been way overwhelmed and not even close to our goal. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants a fiancé Visa.

The staff is very friendly and reassuring, but the responses are slow to missing entirely. I have been told to completely disregard rules as listed on the USCIS pages because their experience doesn't match the rules. I have had to argue with a supervisor to meet stated government requirements. When asking a supervisor, and an agent I have been given conflicting answers to the same questions. I let my coordinator know what days we wanted to schedule an embassy interview if available, and was sent an email stating that there were now dates we wanted available with a screenshot of the date we wanted offered as proof. We received an RFE that they should have anticipated, and they tried to get me to delay in order to provide supplemental information that was not needed. I paid significantly more for there services than other reputable agencies, and have as of yet not realized the value. Being less than a month away from the end of the process; I do not expect that to change. Update. They have asked me to take this down. Best I can tell when I said both my fiance and I are not happy the person responsible for our case has began taking it out on my fiance. During medical and interview prep my fiance was asked to print documents they could have printed. The interview prep that I was told would make my fiance feel confident and prepared was a meeting that could have been done on the phone letting her know what she should find out. It left her upset and feeling like she wasn't prepared. The on the ground transportation and logistics were great. I was genuinely impressed. It's easy to find services for way less money that list their services that they do. You would assume that these standard services, and processes would be the same for more expensive services. Don't assume. I would say that the services rendered are absolutely worth $2k. Unfortunately I paid $4k. If I didn't need to stay on top of everything to make it happened properly it wouldn't be as frustrating. I definitely would go with someone else if I had the chance to go back and do it again. I would recommend you do a lot of research and find a company that gives you the best value.

In addition, they reassure all necessary steps are being taken. Our paperwork was just filed and we are waiting to hear from the government.
