So far so good. We are only waiting on the NoA2 stage but everything has gone smoothly except for one little snag. Considering all of the stuff that had to be submitted, one snag is expected.

Picking CF to proceed with our K-1 application was not an easy decision. I was hesitant because of the cost but in the long run it was well worth it. Mark Joves and Kunal Kumar has made the process easy to handle all the paper work and teaching me to have patience. Kunal is wonderful in explaining everything and making sure we understand all of the steps. We trust them both. Thank you so much for your guidance. I am very disappointed with the service of FilipinoVisa.com. I applied for a U.S. tourist visa with a sponsor, but they already knew that the chances of approval were very small. Instead of giving me advice or alternative options, they just filled out the DS-160 form without proper guidance.
Even though I paid for their assistance, I felt like I was left on my own to figure things out. The agency did not provide clear advice on what should be properly written in the DS-160, and when my application was denied, they did not even follow up or check on my case.
It feels like they only cared about the payment and not about the success of the client. Very poor service and not worth the money.
