Plenty of insight from real working professionals at the absolute top of their respective industries. Becoming a member of Filmmaker’s Academy is a no brainer if you want to further your filmmaking skills.

The goto source for professional, high quality filmmaking education. Love the fact that this is made up of working industry pro that can teach you the tips and tools and techniques that working professionals are using. On top, it's a great networking resources and a means to build you your film community.

I have been a member for so many years (since the Shane Inner Circle), then I stopped my subscription and returned this year.
I work in the entertainment industry, but I never had a formal education in my background. The FA help me find many answers that I have all the time.

Filmmakers Academy provides both a wide breadth and depth of information from a range of experts. From online presentations to the archives, committed persons can find techniques and inspiration to improve in their chosen career. Most members are willing to network and share to elevate other members for the good of all.

I've learned so many amazing skills when it comes to cinematography, editing and directing! All of the mentors have a plethora of knowledge that I can use everyday whether I'm on set or in the edit bay. I would encourage anyone that's on the fence about joining to give it a try and invest in your career!

I really enjoy being a Filmmakers Academy member. I've been in this community for 4 years and have learned A LOT. There is so much content that covers cinematography, editing, producing, commercial directing, focus pulling, and color correction. They've recently added monthly Spotlight Coaching calls where you get to ask your questions personally to the instructors like Shane Hurlbut, ASC or David Cole. Also, the recent masterclasses they've done have been so valuable and such high production value and are free for annual members. I think it's definitely worth the investment and can't wait to see what they keep adding.
