Robbed then lied to by FILTER KING

I needed a good quality air filter for my breathing issues. My doctor said MERV 13 or better. Sit filters are expensive and a MERV 13 air filters are very expensive but I paid the extra money to get what my doctors suggested but got ROBBED by FILTER KING!!! I paid extra for MERV 13 but received MERV 8 filters. When I contacted the company they brushed it off and said that they are actually a MERV 13 filter but they encased them in a MERV 8 casing. Does that make any sense! No

I was wondering about the cost, so they give you a code to enter for 10% and they have a 25 dollar for orders over $150, didn't notice that when I placed my order, but once I noticed it wasn't given a discount, I responded to their email of confirmation and I cancel the order, I sent 2 more emails requesting cancelation, 2 days later Matthew response to the cancelation saying the order has shipped, what type of con is this. Wanted to give update, received an email from Daniel, he explained that they dropped the ball and was working to make sure this doesn't happen again, seeing that someone notice and stepped in shows a good stand up company, thanks to Filter King.
