James was very prompt in answering emails. I like that the first scheduled meeting was via a phone call instead of through email since that was a best way to introduce yourself.

Stated deadlines were all met exactly on time. He did all the outside research needed to craft a cover letter and resume that best highlights my experience.

Only criticism I have is that there were some typos in the draft that he sent me.

Great work, very easy to work with and done fast. Would highly recommend

I had a good experience with Final Draft, I started the process with a phone call. I always prefer to communicate verbally and or in person when starting a process like this. I believe it helps develop trust and understanding more efficiently. Final Draft obliged, and shortly after restructured my resume completely, helping me target the industry I am most interested in.

I spent all of 2020 applying to jobs and not hearing back. James created my resume and cover letter for me (for a very fair price), and I began using them beginning January 1st, 2021. I have now this year applied to nearly 20 jobs, and have had 3 interviews and 1 job offer so far! This service is so worth the money, and made the process of applying for jobs so much easier and less stressful. Highly recommend.

This was my first time getting my resume done professionally. James was very responsive and was open to working with the way that my employer prefers their templates to be written. James provided me with a solid base for both a resume and cover letter with a job description that I was applying for. I can easily alter the cover letter when applying for new jobs.
