Had a good phone call discussing my experience and how to transfer from the military to the civilian sector. Few days went by and had a great resume that's helped me a lot in my job search.

The experience was great, James was attentive and answer all questions I had in regards of resume. With the resume and cover letter from Final Draft Resumes, I received more responses and feedbacks.

James went above and beyond in taking the time to understand my work history as well as my future career goals. I would consider my past roles in the technical field to be have some ambivalence and can vary across the industry, but James was extremely thorough in learning about my skill set, and was ultimately able to provide an excellent CL + resume that exceeded my criteria for expectations.
