Uphappy Experience
They were very friendly and helpful, but wasn’t happy with the loan amount they were going to give me, especially with an interest rate of 19%! Which is ridiculous!!!

As Finance One is a risk-based lender, the lending amount and interest rates are determined by giving consideration to a number of aspects of the application and supporting information provided. Credit history, employment history, Residential history and bank statement conduct are just some of the considerations used to determine the interest rate offered.

Hi, due to a pay delay I made a partial payment and was able to explain when rest of payment would be made. Customer care staff are amazing and helped every step of the way. I highly recommend Finance One, they do treat you as a person and it shows in the way you're treated when you call. No question is to small, they are there for us, their customers. Wanted a car loan but they couldn't…
Wanted a car loan but they couldn't help me but they were able to give me a lower loan so thought I would get a motorcycle so they approved me for a bike but unfortunately had to cancel all the hard work done due to a unseen reason they were so good and understanding about the situation I was in and said I can reapply again :) will come back to get that loan going again
Update...
Was able to get the loan again and so fast to :) now I can have a motorcycle
2nd update
Took my review to one star they wouldn't approve me for a 12000 loan for a car back in September even though I paid back my bike loan of a total of 15000 (bike and intrest)
Had to turn to my bank for the car loan
