We've used Andy's services since we first bought our house back in 2010 - since the original purchase, we've re-mortgaged several times. Andy sorts the mortgage and associated insurances.

Andy adapts to our working commitments, recognising that we're not always available between 9-5 and is happy to communicate in whatever way works for us - even text or WhatsApp for quick, brief messages.

We've just re-mortgaged to do a house extension and Andy has arranged this for us, giving us best advice on the financial side as we needed an interim arrangement before our 'main' mortgage renews in just over a year.

At the point the mortgage offer came through and signatures were needed to release the funds, we were heading on holiday long-haul so Andy and his secretary Jill pulled out all the stops to help get the paperwork to us so as not to hold up funds and subsequent building work. At one point, I was in the hotel reception out in Mauritius asking them to print the acceptance form!

It all went through, the money landed and the building work has now started. We'll be using Andy's services again when we start looking at deals for our mortgage renewal around this time next year.
