This is such a helpful service. Matt was approachable and clearly experienced. He understood our situation and was able to offer sensible next steps. There was no hard sell, just great advice on how we can move forward. I feel reassured that we have reason to feel optimistic- which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

I had a dilemma in which route to take to sell my late parents home. Who can you trust and believe when companies promise investors are waiting with no fees; an auction for security but no guarantees and high fees to buyer or Estate Agents pushing to accept low offers or little interest.
I arranged a free call with Matthew and he walked me through each option and used his experience to help me see the pros and cons of each. He gave me a sound recommendation and what is perhaps hard for people to believe, but it was a free call for over 40 minutes and he didn’t try to sell me anything. Also he did not give me any sugar-counted advice to make me feel better. My situation may not be as ideal as I would like but I do have a clearer insight as to what I should do next.
Thank you for your time Matthew and I highly recommend that people in a similar position to myself calls Matthew early on in your process to gain clarity and even use his connections for a successful outcome. You can’t really go wrong. We need more people like Matthew.

Having done a fair amountof research on how best to sell your property I can say that Mathew at home selling expert was by far the most helpful of any sources I've used. He has explained our options clearly and helped enormously with guiding us. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Just as we've got Martin Lewis for financial issues, so too we have home selling expert for for seling properties.

Selling our flat was not smooth. At times it was frustrating, slow, and made more complicated than it needed to be by others involved in the chain.

I had a call with Matthew and once again, (I had spoken to him last year as well), he was very generous with his time, energy and advice.
He listened to my situation as well as already having gone through notes from our previous call and was very attentive. It was a pleasure to be served in this way, something which I think is often lacking these days. Although on this occasion he thought it best that I pursue a different route as his services wouldn't be the best way for us, he went through several options that will help us move forward and achieve our end result and ultimately the sale of our family property.

Having experienced months of anxiety trying to decide how to sell our house, which agent to use, which internet reviews are actually real and can be trusted, I eventually found Matthew at Homeselling Expert. I cannot begin to describe the relief I have felt since speaking with him today. He is a genuine, experienced expert in his field, can understand and was able to address issues specific to our situation and all without any pressure to buy anything from him. After being disappointed and frustrated by my local high street estate agent’s lackadaisical approach to selling my property, I looked at alternatives, including the auction route, and came across Home Selling Expert’s website. I was impressed by Matt’s pro-active, transparent, and straightforward selling strategy based on his cumulative knowledge and experience; however, it was his passion, ethos, and empathetic listening skills that moved me to sign on with him. My situation presented a lot of unique and stressful challenges, including the fact that I live in Canada, but Matt was unfazed and very accommodating with time zone differences. Both Matt and Kirsty were very generous with their time and expertise, advocating for me and providing regular updates. Having engaged an estate agent to market and sell my deceased Mother's home, which needed to be updated and modernised. However, after 5 months on the market with minimal viewings and no offers, the service being provided was non existent, lacking in communication and proactivity, (having to chase for updates and even suggest price reductions!). Whilst reviewing options I found Matt at Home Selling Expert - booked a call and over an hour's conversation it became very apparent that their non publicised "Assisted sale service" could be beneficial. Long story told short, signed up on 31st May and with Kirsty driving the process, in 2 weeks double the number of viewings were achieved than the previous agent had managed in 5 months and 3 offers made.
