The site provides a concise overview of the information from the brokers without an overwhelming amount of clutter. I enjoyed the fact that the content is presented in a way that can be easily followed. Meanwhile, some of the broker pages were too brief and didn't provide very much more detail than the basics. I called customer service once and it was courteous, but not really in-depth.
