Just like others, I paid for a manual (about $2.50). Then a charge for RoguesGamer came through my credit card. Thankfully, my credit card company sent me a text asking if I had paid for this subscription. I responded “NO”. My card had to be cancelled as they had my expiration date & security code.

I CANNOT SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH… STAY AWAY!!!

Initially charged my account $1.99, then slammed my card for $39.99. Never received my manual. I have attempted to call them, but no response so far. Do not trust this company.

Scam, Nowhere does it show you will be agreeing to a MONTHLY subscription of $39.95 3 days after your $1.95 for the manual. Then weeks go by, call them and Charles will send you the wrong manual to get you off the phone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Initially thought website was a scam but company got in touch via email after not getting a response from my initial query on the website and once i told them what manual i was looking for they promptly sent it to me by PDF.
I did read reports about it being subscription after my request and initial small fee but on emailing them to cancel this within three days it was done!

Signed up, ordered manual. site immediately switched to spanish. Finally got it switched back to english and was informed that my user didn't exist. No manual and a circular maze trying to resolve. Then Cloudflare popped up and said that I'm blocked from the site Intresting scam. Get the cash then block user from site when they attempt to obtain what they've paid for. I new what I'd see before the 1st review. Obvious scam, and like the Trump crime family, they're doing it right out in the open. Stealing with impunity.Why isn't this multinational criminal organization being shut down?
Will contact my bank this morning about blocking the charge. Hopefully, they won't cancel my card.

Tried to find a manual...order one...never received...charged upfront 1.99 fee then have been hit with recurring draft at 39.99...unable to find way to cancel...its a scam

I was looking for a manuel. Operative word is LOOKING. Did not purchase anything. Noted that I was billed $1.99 on my credit card, then several days later, I was billed $39.99 for something I did not knowingly purchase. Very difficult to contact regarding this charge. Do not use this site. It is a scam.

It sounds like we have all been scammed. I never received the manual I requested for a 1.99 USD. It did not mention anything about a trial. 2 days later I was charged another 56.45 CAD. I still don't have a manual and I had to cancel my credit card. 😡

You had to pay $2 upfront, and it seemed like they would have the manual I was looking for. But no, $2 spent, no manual retrieved.

Same song, apparently the upteenth verse, and apparently this (Irish per their website) company's modus operandi.

My credit card was properly charged $1.99 on July 12th for a 3 day trial period. Their website said a charge of $39.99 would be charged at the end of the trial period, unless the subscription was cancelled by then. However, THE VERY NEXT DAY (and well before the expiration of the 3 day trial period), they charged my card the $39.99, without my authorization, Their customer service did reverse the then still-pending unauthorized charge.

If you do use this company, watch your credit card transactions like a hawk!

I first paid 1,99 - and I got no manual!
Then Find My Manual took 39,99 - from my account- for one month. I had never ordered or asked for that! I got no manual!
Now i have tried to contact the company in order to get my money back. They want me to pay another company to help me get the money back from Findmymanual!
I look at FindMyManual as either stupid, dishonest or thiefs!!!
Dont use their services!!

Yesterday I registered in order to be able to search for a manual and was charged $1.53 (about $2). OK so far.
They did not have the manual I requested so I did not buy or download anything but they attempted to charge
me £30.91. Fortunately my bank declined the payment

My experience is the same as others. Looked for a manual for an automatic kitty litter box, it showed that it was available. $1.99 for the one manual. Never showed up. The next day it tried to charge me $39.99. My bank stopped it. But now my account is frozen until I get my new card. :-[ Definitely A SCAM.

Avoid at all costs total scam.
I tried to purchase a manual next day the bank had stopped all my transactions as this company tried to take another £31.35 the following day.

I wouldn't even give him a start for what they pulls that was a scam I haven't received the manual It was never downloaded they scam me I don't like it and I'm going to get satisfaction of getting the authorities after their butt!!!

I paid$1.99 for a manual I never received, then they charged me the next day $39.99 for a subscription I never ordered,the next day they charged me another $1.99.I went on their website and canceled the subscription, I also emailed the company of my cancelation, which they emailed back it was a 72 hour trial,I canceled 20 hours after my initial purchase,yet they didn't return my money.Horribly deceptive company

I paid a minimal amount of $3.42 to find a manual. Three days access was given for the amount and then you will be charged after this point. They had no manual for what I was after. So I put a request in and still no answer. Not even one day and I've been charged $70 for the subscription, and still no contact or manual. Total rip off and misleading pack of bastards.
