I’ve had a really positive experience with Find UK Property. I’ve compared lots of passive “couch potato” investment options, and this has been just as simple and hands-off — with the bonus of having a supportive team behind you.
I don’t follow the UK property market closely, and some of the houses did feel a bit pricier than general market values. But you’re getting a fully managed, ready-made service, and that peace of mind was worth it for me.
I also found a few minor errors in the documents along the way, but the team corrected them immediately as soon as I pointed them out. Their responsiveness gave me confidence that they take feedback seriously and want to get things right.
A big highlight is Dr Tariq. He’s incredibly approachable, always available, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
I’ve already recommended Find UK Property to many friends, and several have completed their purchases with them — their good experiences matched mine.

Like others, I was nervous. But it all came to pass as promised. I own 2 properties and will get a 3rd, shifting to these secure and profitable investments. During purchase, I found many errors in documents that they readily corrected when brought to their attention. I think they need double checks in reviewing what they send out. I lost confidence and had stress from their sloppiness. I also was disappointed initially by slow responses post-purchase. So they do not get 5 stars because they need to tighten up the quality of their service. Recently, responsiveness has been better. I really appreciate their product.

After finding FindUK online, and being extremely skeptical, we did due diligence. We trawled the internet looking for fault, without success. Watched the shows broadcast by BBC, and still was hesitant. Sure, the returns aren’t the very best, but when taking everything into consideration, including priceless time, stress and effort it’s worth it. We bought two properties in 2020 to test the waters, followed by 3 more the following year. Rental income has been on time, every time. This is a long term investment. It works for both parties. Pretty clever on their part, running a huge rental portfolio with other peoples properties and sharing the rental income with the owners, but keep in mind, FindUK take on all the responsibility of the maintenance and managing the tenants, when the time comes have offered to assist with selling the property(s). We still have not physically seen the properties and this makes us feel a little insecure however we accept this,as its simply not practical nor convenient as we live and work outside the UK. We do often wonder how long the sales process would be when we do eventually decide to liquidate assets as we get older, but for now believe there is a strong demand for low income affordable housing in the North and that works for us for the foreseeable future .

I endorse everything that other reviewers have commented upon regarding the service an investor can expect from FindUK property. I have been with them for ten years. Great customer service from Aleena who I was in contact with from the start until the end. She understood my needs and answered all of my questions and more importantly was there to serve her customer and not to take my money. I've spoken to many other organisations and they love to sell there products and you feel it. The purchase process was methodical and and in depth they gave me exactly what they said they would. I have been with the company for five years. From my initial enquiry into the possibility of investing in property, Tariq and his team have been very helpful and guided me through all aspects of the purchase and all the steps required. The whole process was trouble free and I am happy to say that the company delivered on everything, right from getting the property transferred to me up to finally making arrangements for my rental payments to be transferred directly to my bank. At the time i decided on purchasing an investment property in the UK, being a UK non-resident Nigeria based Nigerian Solicitor, my main aim was to diversify my investment portfolio beyond the then rather volatile and unpredictable Nigerian economic sphere to a more stable economic environment like that of the UK for better growth of my entire investment portfolio.

I did invest with Find UK Property 3 years ago and i can say i’m very happy with this purchase as they do everything and the only thing i see about the property is bank notification about guaranteed rent payment that is always paid on time, so ideal for passive investors!

My review is as follows:-
Living in Cyprus and following the financial crises, I was looking for a secure way to invest to receive a reasonable but solid rate of return. At the time I was nervous about investing £150K in three houses. When visiting the UK I met Tariq who showed me his operation, from FIND UK ,buying properties, renovating them to a high standard ,all debt collection control ,together with all aspects of Clients purchasing properties.
Before retiring to Cyprus 2008 ,I was a Financial Controller with a large French glass manufacturing company Saint Gobain.
With my background I was very impressed with the following:-
1 A non pushy sales approach but genuinely interested in Clients needs & concerns.
2 Explained fully all of the purchasing process.
3 Gary particularly made the administration of the purchases & process very simple to complete.
4 It became apparent to me that the business importantly was both profitable for the Company as well as the Investor. The perfect Investor scenario.
5 I purchased 3 houses for £150K in 2016 and have received my income quarterly on time and in some cases early but never late.
6 I have achieved a return of 9.14% on my investment over the last five and a half years which includes the capital return.
7 SECURITY - Investors have the Title Deeds of their properties and therefore have an asset to sell if they require cash back at some time in the future. It should be stressed however that this investment is aimed at the long term.
8 Finally I think that it is the most secure and profitable investment available for passive income having seen some horror stories here in Cyprus.

I discovered findukproperty four years ago while searching the internet for a safe, steady long term investment.
