Been with Saga for a while now, reccommend their savings accounts, easy to navigate and manage online. The Customer Service was also very responsive amd helpful when I needed them. Like everywhere you may not want to use them for absolutely everything but that doesn’t make them bad.

Not a great first impression, ordered directly from them Wednesday in time for next day delivery Thursday…….we were still waiting on Saturday. The parcel courier (reputable) had prepared a label but could not deliver something they had not received yet. As the first attempt had not worked we had no confidence in a replacement so refund requested. UPDATE. On the same day our refund is processed the order - 6 DAYS LATER!!! So because Geepas did not cancel with the courier when the refund was requested WE have to spend our time administering a return. 😡 This organisation's Customer Service obviously has no visibility or control of their own supply chain.

Roaming issue on my phone and was told it is either an issue with my SIM or my phone. Gosh! That is enlightening, how about fixing it? Already had flipped the SIM, reinstalled the App and reset network settings.

We have been with SJP for 6 years and it is really down to the relationship and what makes you feel comfortable. It would greatly benefit SJP if they made charges far more transparent then leave you to calculate the annual total from your initial paperwork which can appear shady. We do not mind paying more than another firm if our goals are met and we have a super advisor.

We have just been through the booking phase at present however Luke was fabulous, helpful, informative and efficient. Booking process was intuitive and we are looking forward to a great trip.
We had compared many of the usual suspects and On The Beach was also the best online tool as far as transparency and ease of use.
