Great - ordered a bottle of Edradour 12 cask strength Batch 001. It arrived from Denmark to UK within a week, and i had no customs fees as other buyers have complained - but i think that's because my order was under £130? overall brilliant, I got tracking updates and the whisky was well packed - will use again

I ordered 2 bottles of Whisky from them including a delivery charge. I was subsequently notified by the carrier that I had to pay a further fee of £52! A complete scam!

Delighted with the delivery to Northern Ireland. Exactly what I ordered, well packaged and delivered promptly with no problems whatsoever. A pleasure to shop with. Thank you for a great online shopping experience.

Habe einen guten Rum bestellt, die Lieferung kam pünktlich, aber leider ist die falsche Flasche Rum geliefert, nicht wie abgebildet, sehr ärgerlich, da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein sollte, hoffe das die Firma die richtige Flasche noch schickt, die andere geht zurück

Wish I'd read the negative reviews before ordering my favourite gin.
As if the price wasn't bad enough, I was hit with a £47 customs fee.
Won't be ordering from them again.

My experience order was excellent, fast delivery and the packaging 👌
I order 3 bottles, came in a big box with bubblerap on all sides, and individually bubble cylinder for the bottles.
Will be ordering again from FineDrams.

Ordered a bottle of single malt which arrived in the designated timescale however it was not the bottle ordered or described on the website.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the company they have ignored all. Very poor customer service. Presently utilising credit card company to reclaim the purchase amount. Poor show Finedrams.

The goods arrived exactly on estimated day, everything included as ordered, intact, and packed super carefully!

Overall excellent selection of whisky with reasonable pricing. Pretty good online store layout - allowed me to browse and find the things I was interested in; although some products (e.g. mini bottles) did not follow the filters correctly; however, I could still find the items by other search parameters. Inexpensive delivery (in EU).

Will likely shop again when I need something. Highly recommend!

Wonderful. Purchased a lovely bottle of Whitley Neill Gin which was unavailable in the uk. Bought it for cheaper than inferior quality gins would have cost in the uk and really well packaged with good delivery tracking. First class.

If you order from UK this is a scam. Whilst it mentions orders outside EU may incure customs fees, it does not give you an idea of how much, and looking at other reviews, they are well aware of how much these could be. You pay extortionate postage fees for it to be held at customs where you are then sent a letter demanding almost the same price as original order (mine was £47 +£15 postage). I received a letter today almost 1 month after placing order demanding approx £46.
Absolutely scams

They had a bottle of gin that I could not find anywhere else. Ordered and was shipped to Ireland where I received it very quickly and on time before Christmas. The bottle was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

The company is not transparent about it's pricing.
It appears alongside other UK companies offering seemingly competitive prices.
Only much deeper in their website do you find reference to custom charges that would be levied if bought from outside the EU.At no point in the actual buying process is their a warning to be aware of large additional custom costs.
I was caught out by this when I bought a whisky (Glen Garioch 12) for the equivalent cost of £45 including £12.50 Parcel Force postage.
Only when tracking the package I saw mention of a custom charge.
A letter arrived stating I'd need to pay an additional £30 to release the item.
I have obviously not proceeded and will now receive a refund minus the delivery cost.
Please be aware of this problem and I really do think there should be a requirement for such companies to be obliged to make reference to the added cost during the buying process.

Having placed an order with Fine Drams on 10 Oct I received an email stating that it was due to be with me between 18-23 Oct. The date came and went. Despite multiple chasing emails and communication on both Instagram & Facebook for an update on my order I was continued left on read with no reply.
I eventually got a response from the ‘owner’ who stated I needed to pay some ridiculous hidden customs fees. They were unwilling to assist any further. Even when requesting a refund they stated they would return the moneys in 6 weeks, less they shipping costs.
Customer satisfaction and service is evidently not an area of priority as they do not seem to care one iota once payment has been taken.
Having had this first time experience strongly led me to question the validity of the company.
I wish I had steered clear and gone with a known and reputable company, especially having now read similarly damning reviews on Facebook and Reddit to name but a few forums

Bought pair of hard found, single malt bottles at very reasonable price. The parcel was professionally packed and delivered as promised, with reliable tracking service. Order confirmation and response to an inquiry came within minutes, very credible customer service.

A very extensive online Whiskey shop with a lot of choice.
Very fast delivery. And the products are very well packed for shipping.
Payment is smooth. recommended!

Complete scam! I ordered 2 Gold Cock wiskey bottles and they shipped, yes they actually did, only the boxes!! A way to say ha-ha we scammed you!! DONT BUY!

Edit: to be fair, they gave me a full refund after some back and forth and investigation with DHL.

Still crap customer experience as I was looking forward for those bottles.
