I ordered 2 bottles of Gin that wasn't available in the US anywhere. Process was easy, price was great and delivered as promised.

Ordered a limited edition item and received normal version.

now they expect me to ship back the bottle and lose 10 USD with no gain.

Don't order from these asshats, instead order from any other site.
these people will rip you off and expect you to return their overpriced liquor back.

Not only do you lose your product if you do that, it is likely that they don't even give a damn about it and continue to leave the false advertising up.

First order from FD. Prices are unbeatable and everything arrived well packaged discreetly (if you know what I mean) and intact. Will definitely use again, thanks Fine Drams!

The positives are that the site has a good selection, prices are reasonable, and shipping is fast and relatively inexpensive.

However, customer service appears to be poor to nonexistent. One of the bottles I ordered arrived with a fairly substantial leak. I sent two emails to customer support with pictures, and also sent messages through Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. I can even see that they have read the messages, but well over a month later I have received no response.

Update 10/17/23. Finedrams indicated that emails to customer support were caught up in the spam filter. They sent a new bottle, which arrived safely today.

I have ordered from Fine Drams several times and have never had a single issue. All communications were swiftly replied to and all merchandise was just as expected. This is a great company, don't let anything else fool you. As you can see by all 1 star reviews, everyone was fully taken care of and refunded.

Was looking for a bottle that I couldn’t get easily stateside. From ordering to shipping took 6 days to NY. Impressive. Tracking showing all movement from Denmark, on aircraft, through US customs, etc. Bottles were well packaged. Highly recommend! Also, Jonas was great communicating via email.

I placed an order with FineDrams in late Jan. 2023. The order was shipped promptly but had some issues as soon as it arrived in the US (the tracking showed it cleared customs but a day later it was on its way back to the sender with a return to sender designation). I noticed the shipping issue the day it occurred and reached out to FineDrams' customer service. I sent 4 emails as well as attempted to reach out to their social media accounts and I received no reply/assistance/refund over the course of 3 weeks. I am now currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charge and hopefully I can recover my money. I would advise against place any orders with Finedram.

TLDR: I placed an order, never received it, and never received a refund. The merchant never reply to any contact attempts.

Really fast delivery service, Ordered from the UK and parcel came 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Multiple attempts to contact them by phone (the number just rigs out then disconnects), several emails, social media channels. Not a single response. No sign of my order, or shipping confirmation since making my order nearly a month ago.
Truly awful customer experience so far and still without my order!

UPDATE - 12/04/23
Still don't quite know why it was so hard to actually get a response/acknowledgement. However when I finally did, they were very helpful, got my order and apology for the material delay in shipment. Happy with end result, just would have valued being kept better up to date.

They ghosted me!

After contacting them regarding my shipment that was misrouted by DHL, they told me to wait a week and if it didn’t get in track we would discuss a replacement order, they simply stopped responding to my emails and my order (valued near $400) never arrived. This, after downing thousands of dollars with them over the years.

Strongly consider not giving these people your money because if something goes wrong they’ll just ignore you.

Order was despatched quickly but there was no mention of additional import duty and vat on the most obvious pages. Because of Brexit I was aware that additional costs might occur but nothing in shipping and pricing not anything in FAQ. Everywhere it just shows the very reasonable shipping cost and keeps referring to shipping and pricing.

When I contacted the company I got a standard response saying I should have been aware, however I feel that it could be made much clearer on their website and it feels a bit like the company prefer to leave their customers in the dark. All it needs is a note saying please be aware of extra costs and refer to the terms and conditions, which are under legal information rather than customer service.
Please Fine Dram put a little note on the pricing/ordering page so customers have a much better idea of what’s involved.

Not as cheap as you think, ordered a bottle of havana 15 year old rum as it was £129 as opposed to £142 in the uk only to find out it is now costing me a further £48.65 in excise duty, import vat and a cleatance fee. Be warned as its a fact that fine drams won't forewarn you
