I'd say that these guys are scumbags. Yeah, I shouldn't have fallen for a scam, but just for some kids to get robbed of their money is gross.

If you get proof or anything sue these guys, as I'm planning on doing so myself

sent emails asking where my order is and no reply. looks like i got scammed!

scam! They got me for 70 dollars. I got my money back because I called my bank. Do not let them keep your money and every time you see their site flag or report it.

Have not received my bikes or nothing else from this company this is a scam!

Horrible Company to work with, I did not receive my order and now they will not reply to my email.
I will find every site I can to leave this review.

I bought a e-bike from this website on 10/05/2025 and still haven’t received it and the customer service email doesn’t work

It’s a Scam don’t order from here. The name says finesse that should tell us everything we need to know. We getting finessed

So I ordered a bike from this website 2 days ago they confirmed my order it’s been 2 days still says hasn’t been shipped clearly just. A caun to get peoples bank details really disappointed and want a refund

I never received my package. And I want my money back😒

This site is blatantly a scam claiming to be selling items that are massively “discounted” claiming that it’s products from Amazon that the products contract period has expired and they have the right to sell it blah blah blah. This site already has a really low trust-score on other sites so it’s known for its shadiness and illegitimacy.

10/10 experience every time ive brought a couple of bikes off here all have been at my address with in the 48 hour mark LOVE the cheap prices to would 100% recommend
