We kindly requested your account info via Trustpilot to be able to give you a personalised reply and assist you further.
Sadly, the info wasn't provided but we would still like the chance to help.
When you register an account we let you know when accepting our Terms and Conditions what files will be required in point 1. Just in case this is missed we add this important detail to your deposit confirmation emails. To make sure we have covered all bases we then add pop-up boxes between game play.
With all the above in place this will prevent any delays when wanting to withdraw winnings.

If at anytime connectivity is interrupted, as you mentioned, then once you log back in you should receive a pop up box asking if you wish to resume where you left off.
Please make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data and temporarily disable any VPN/Private DNS/iCloud Private Relay.

To be able to track the funds we would need valid proof of deposit for e-transfers will be the 8-digit Interac Reference (sometimes called the Access/Acxsys Reference) Number. This will begin with CA and be followed by 6 case sensitive letters and numbers. If this was not emailed to you, it can be provided by your bank's online support/technical department that handles Interac.
Please provide the above Jim either on Chat or by email and we hope that the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
