There when needed, our stay in Painswick
was ideal for touring the Cotswolds. The place was exactly as described ,no problem with access and with its own parking space directly outside the cottage.

Communication both via email and telephone was promptly and professional managed.
Website is easy to use.
Regular reminders and detailed info pack about accommodation.
Whilst at our accommodation we had a reason to request assistance due to a equipment fault and it was rectified very quickly

We had an amazing stay at the Old Salt Loft in Whitby. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, amazing location and slept brilliantly. Highly recommend.

Great location @ The Duck House, Braithwaite. Exceptionally clean & well appointed. Easy access to walks & public transport. Good communications with booking agency.

location at Finest Retreats was excellent: the bus stop is right next to entries door, there, you have lots of choices ,walking - Abraham Hight , go into the Matlock town, walk around the park - go to Matlock bath - walk love's walk, take cable car etc
The rooms was very good -one room watch TV -other room - you have a reset or have shower. The kitchen everything what you need for cook your meal, nice welcome treats, clear instruction. We stayed at this property for 7 night. We could freely communicate with Emma at any time she was very willing to help of what ever we need

From the moment we arrived the hosts were helpful and friendly, we got to the the amazing chicken hut which was beautiful! Immaculately clean well equipped set in an idyllic meadow.
We stayed for two nights had the most relaxing time will definitely return

Simply wonderful sums up how we feel about this location. It’s near to major roads but set in the middle of beautiful countryside, the only sound you hear is that of bird song.
On arrival, we were very happy to see an immaculate site and the lodge we stayed in was immaculately clean. It is fitted out to a very high standard with a very large and extremely comfortable bed, a very large shower and a comfortable sofa.
The hut tub was very clean and was great for my aching bones after a long drive.
We were pleasantly surprised to see that the towels provided were large and not the usual tiny ones offered at other locations, we were also very happy to see that there was also a second set of large towels to use after getting out of the hot tub.
In terms of constructive criticism, we had two minor issues, the first one was we didn’t have hot water on the first morning but after a quick phone call that was sorted out instantly and if I’m being really picky, the shower was quite slippery when wet, so maybe bring a non slip mat with you but otherwise it was just a lovely peaceful place to stay and we will be going back again and again and again.

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Our kids are 1, 4 & 6 and they loved the pool and little playground. When we arrived there was no high chair and cot, but I called them end someone brought these over within half an hour. It was very quiet location, but enough thing to do on site to keep us busy for a couple of days. We would stay again.

I cannot express how much they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and welcoming.
Everything we needed and more was available in the property. Could not fault the attention to detail.
Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone

Location was great, size of property and number of rooms and bathrooms was ideal, amenities were good, cleanliness was good. A great location in Whitby for a few days with friends and family.

We had yet another great stay in Belle Vue, Filey.

At first hard to find but than.....a lovely place to be. A place to relax. Somewhere you can chill down. From there you can easily explore the cities of Bristol or Bath.

Blackbarn Wood was the perfect place for our long weekend in Cambridgeshire (and beyond). The cottage is exactly as it looks in the photos and its location is fabulous for exploring - there are many places of interest around 20 minutes away including Cambridge, Audley End, Linton Zoo and Duxford Imperial War Museum. The hosts communicated exceptionally well. The only issue we had was we found the wrong lockbox first and obviously the code didn't work as it was the wrong box! After a panicked phone call to Finest Retreats I was called back within 5 minutes (we had found the right lockbox by then!). If you're looking for a cosy, peaceful base in Cambridgeshire with comfy and spotlessly clean beds in a great location then Blackbarn Wood is for you. Delicious biscuits as a welcome treat too plus marshmallows to toast if you can brave the English weather in February.

Really enjoyed our stay ar Charnwood Cottage in Lewannick Cornwall.
Very comfortable cottage with everything you need. Had a issue with the TV remote and finest retreats got a new remote send to us next day.
Lovely village location and walking distance to the local pub which was extremely friendly and served lovely homemade meals. Will be booking this cottage again.

Fabulous 5 bedroomed house in Whitby for 5 couples. Well equipped, large spacious rooms and fabulous location.

This place is for those who want escape. It is isolation and perfect peace away from traffic, city noise and yet still has WiFi ! Nature abounds. We spotted 26 different bird species while we were there! There can’t be many places in the country where you can get such isolation!!!
