Your write-up on starting a junkyard business is wholly fanciful. No one is going to bring such a business to $250M+ in five years. Also, the sales come-on is very amateurish. A few marks for trying.
Finally, the cost for the business plan is far too low. Any plan worth having should cost a minimum of USD1,000. You must be a new accounting grad with not much experience.

First, the detail and robustness of the models I have experienced from FinModelsLab has been very high. There has been a lot of thought and detail put into these models and the models' sophistication is far above any other tools I have found or used.
Be prepared to really dive in to financial details when you use these models. The detail, complexity and use require focus and engagement - BUT the output is well worth it and allows for a very detailed modeling experience.
As far as customer service, I had purchased a financial model a couple of years ago that was an early version. I had the need to update and revisit the details and when I asked about the "upgrade" path or option, they responded immediately with the updated version.
For advanced financials, FinModelsLab is an excellent choice.

Bad unuseful model and not relevant at all
