I received the download email and downloaded the supposed to be CRM software but only received useless information but no software.

I paid $99 for snap on tools financial model and the financial model with empty. They tsent a new model when I complained but it was all wrong with regard to treatment of stock, assets and equipment calling them operating costs. They tried three time but have no clue what they are doing. Save your money. Their financial model does not even add up.
