It was easy to find what I wanted, I was able to upload a picture and personalize my items.

I would like to order another one with 20 names…but wanted to see what the first one looks like before I order the 2nd I am worried about the placement of 20 names in different families.

At the time of ordering, it advised delivery by 10 September. I chose express delivering expecting a quicker delivery, not at all, express delivery is a scam. 9 days later the item is still in China? According to these people, there are factors that can cause delays, there was no mention of this at time of order. The item was to be a christmas gift for family in Europe, we travel there in two days. Whilst I am receiving a refund, even though it's the their failure, t the ey apply a handling fee. Very Disappointed.

I love the item I bought. The customization was little difficult in the beginning. I found myself backing all the way out to try to get the names where I wanted them. Once I figured out I should just hit the x on the preview I was okay

No problem at all. I just would of liked one more spot. I couldn't add one of the.people in our family

SCAM - Zero Stars

Not as advertised at all. The item is acrylic not ceramic as shown. Muddy colouring and at least 80% smaller than advertised. Be warned... Purchase at own risk.

This company doesn't do themselves any favours if they sent the product as advertised i would have spent a fortune on more products.

Best way to go out of business is to fail with your product description and images.
