Never received item. Should have read the reviews before ordering. SCAM !

Never received my order. SCAM!

Biggest scam ever! Family ornament showed up looking like a shrinky dink. The advertised image was nothing like the end product. Worst product I have ordered. Now I have to go to find a real family ornament somewhere. Do not trust this site.

The number of products being offered for purchase. The only negative is I thought any purchase over 79.99 is free shipping. I'm being charged 23.00 for shipping.

After placing order I realized I was sending to myself, not my nephew. I immediately contacted seller to fix this but it was too late. I even paid for expedited mail to no avail. I am sad there is no phone number to call. Lesson learned.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I was trying to place an order from this company through PayPal. The first time I tried I got a message stating that the payment did not process and to try again. I went to check my bank account and everything was fine and the payment did not show that it had processed. So I went back to the site to try one more time and the same thing happened so I decided I wasn't going to try again. I did go back to my bank account just to double check that the payment was not removed from my account. However this time when I checked two payments of over $111 had processed!! Of course the phone number that was sent with the purchase information was not valid. I went back to the site to find a different number and of course there wasn't one. I checked my email to see if there was any information there about the purchase and of course there wasn't. There is nothing about these transactions except for the money that was taken from my account!!!

I just ordered the item, so I don't know how it will arrive. I don't know if I will like it, and I don't have answers for how long it took to arrive.
Thank you for being there though. It's going to be a very thoughtful gift.

The website was easy to navigate with a plethora of choices. (so many I had to choose two because they are all adorable and I couldn't make up my mind) . Prices were comparable to other sites making my decisions even easier.

The one I reordered today a J was broken. I also was surprised the ornament was flat. It looked like a crystal ball ornament. So I was sad when I received all of them today

Was very, very disappointed when I got the package. When I saw the item online I thought it was a little figurine. For almost 40 dollars plus shipping all I got was a cardboard cutout that didn’t even fit in the stand!!! It probably was not even worth a dollar! It will probably end up in the trash. My only income is social security, so this was a real gut punch! Lesson learned!!!!!
