The course was good and a great way to learn foundational knowledge in network engineering. The CompTIA residential courses were good as well, providing another excellent opportunity to build more foundational knowledge and offering us the chance to get certified in the CompTIA courses. Even though we had three different learning mentors, the last two learning mentors we had were supportive, communicated well, clearly set out their expectations, and would address any concerns and worries.

I took the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner 10th Edition course with Dr. Fayed. I had previously self studied the TOGAF material and had managed to pass the Foundation exam off the back of my own studies. I also took the Practitioner exam previously (prior to the Firebrand training course) and failed. I really struggled with the longer questions in the exam and how I could apply the theory I had learned in the TOGAF guides to them. When I attended the course, the structure of the course and Dr. Fayed’s tutoring unlocked the material for me. We participated in a number of practical workshops in which we analysed sample questions and went through the rationale for the best answers, as well as studying the theory in varied and engaging ways. I went from being unconfident that I would see a difference in my exam result to feeling very prepared with an array of techniques and a much better grasp of the material in a little over a day. When I sat the exam, I passed with a very high score and I was thrilled! I heartily recommend this course and Dr. Fayed, who was friendly, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. If I do further training in the future, I hope our paths cross again!

The course was well organized and accommodations we're excellent. Our instructor was very capable in delivering the course material in a fun and engaging way.

The course content was very informative and set out in a way that was easy to follow and absorb. But really all credit goes to Dr Fayed. His presentation, engagement and fun approach to learning and TOGAF were really what made this so enjoyable and why there are so many successful TOGAF practitioners at the end of the course. I couldnt recommend Dr Fayed more and look forward to undertaking my next certification with him.

I did TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition with Dr Fayed as the instructor. Really appreciated the way he delivered the teaching, through real world examples which brought sometimes abstract topics to life. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and mini quizzes throughout to help knowledge retention. Would recommend to others!

I recently completed the TOGAF Combined course with Firebrand Training, and I can confidently say it was one of the best professional learning experiences I’ve ever had.

A challenging course, but made much more enjoyable by Dr Fayed who is extremely knowledgeable on the topic. Exam tips and techniques were shared throughout, along with quizzes to ensure the learning was embedded prior to moving onto a new topic.
Highly recommend Firebrand, the Wyboston Lake Campus and especially Dr Fayed.

Superb delivery of the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition course by Dr. Fayed. Delighted to have passed on my first try!

There was a bit of struggle at the start on mentor finding but this company made a major comeback with having Perran James as our mentor, he picked up what was left off from the other mentor's and put us on the correct path in the smoothest way possible which was very appreciated. The resources that are provided was also great from this company and provided alot of support from Perran on understanding the certain resources given. Overall 100% recommend and 100% recommend to ask for Perran as a mentor.

I recently completed the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition course, which includes the Foundation, Practitioner, and the Learning Studies.

There is a lot of material to get through to obtain your TOGAF certification. Our course was taught by Dr. Fayed. I found his way of training to be very pleasant. The material is occasionally alternated with a short video that is relevant to the topic or a recap by means of questions. Dr. Fayed also knows where the complexity of the subject matter lies and pays more attention to these components. He is also very good at relating it to practical, real-world examples.

Regarding the location itself: At first, I was skeptical about staying overnight on-site, as the venue was only 25 minutes from my home. In hindsight, I am very glad that I stayed "in the bubble" and was able to maintain my full focus on achieving the certification. The days lasted from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and we were also given material and assignments to prepare after the classroom training.

Working with firebrand gave a real insight on how your work guides your learning, through the entire apprenticeship I never had a worry about how much time I had to complete anything, I had support in every corner and when I needed feedback it came with structure and care. My mentor Perran was incredible and he cared about every one of us apprentices and our results and in the end I came out with the top mark possible which I couldn't have been happier with.

Very good support, guidance and resources were provided by Firebrand and their Mentor, Perran James, both throughout the program and during the EPA preparation, which was very valuable, enabling the achievement of a 'distinction'.

My apprenticeship experience (level 4 Network Engineer) with Firebrand was fantastic throughout and I am very satisfied with the support they provided me. My learning mentor Perran was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach regarding any issue, including; portfolio support/feedback, exam prep (including practical revision labs and example questions), and interview prep (including mock interviews and answer feedback). Overall, I am very satisfied by the program and support provided by Firebrand and would recommend to anyone looking to complete a level 4 Network Engineer qualification.

Everything about my apprenticeship was very well thought out, from the residential trips to the support I got from Perran all the way up to the EPA. I can't thank Perran enough for his support and expertise. He always made me feel at ease when stressed around the exams, and was excellent at preparing me for all assessments I sat.

The support given and getting me to where I needed to be and should be. I enjoyed the journey throughout it all from both ups and downs.

The start had a few hiccups, but it has been a great experience nonetheless and thankful for it.

I would recommend Firebrand!

I undertook an apprenticeship with a private company that elected Firebrand as their training provider and I could not be happier with the result. While your end grade is determined by your own efforts, the regular meetings and support made it possible for me to go above and beyond within my apprenticeship and the company. I would like to mention that Perran James, my allocated learning mentor, absolutely put his heart and soul into helping me get my apprenticeship done and dusted and was incredibly understanding of my life circumstances and did his best to assist me throughout my apprenticeship despite this. Just know that if you get Perran as your learning mentor, you'll be in great (and experienced) hands.
