I had some technical issues during purchase through the website, and even though it was in a weekend, Harley Rowe gave me a call to help on Sunday morning! I did miss it and had to call back on Monday but he was extremely polite and helpful in assisting my sign up and payment processing. He said he would get to work on my account right away but to give it 24 hours. However, I received my account info email within minutes! Now just a notice for others: check your spam box because one of the emails went there. Which I find is a common thing to happen. Harley warned me about it though. I hope the process with the company is smooth. There seem like a caring group!

I do want to mention one thing: if you call the toll free number on the site and you are in America it will go to a different company. So just be aware that they are in England and so calling may be a little tricky.

I was properly guided on what to do and how to do it especially on payment link, my choice of package link. Also when I couldn't find the email, I was directed by Harley to look up to spam folder which proved helpful. I trust having a wonderful experience in learning.

Looking for TESOL/TEFL course and had contact from Harley Rowe. Very knowledgeable of what was on offer. Genuinely seemed interested in finding an appropriate course. The whole TESOL/TEFL options is rather overwhelming and Harley managed to drill down and see what would be suitable with my experience and plans for the future.

I recieved great service, he answered all my questions and gave me even more information which drove me to be more interested in doing the course with I to I rather than any other different company.

I was very satisfied ,with my onboarding process .At first I was unable to make a payment ,for the internship course ,then ,Harley Rowe ,was able to pick it up ,what was the problem and I was able to make a payment ,and also I was surprised that he was efficient ,ie (I received an email from him ,in the morning ,that said he would be able to assist me from approximately 10 am to 6pm).

I spoke with an employee named Harley, he was great , he wanted what's best for the potential client and the schools as well. Great employee, great person 👍

I am excited to start my course. Feedback has been quick, the course layout is clear and the system/IT program used is easy to work with. The resources given is very helpful and sure I will get to use it when completing assignments.

this company was very helpful all throughout my course and provide all the necessary information you will need to complete the tasks at hand. There were a couple time where I had waited a few days longer for my assignments to be marked or emails to be returned than what was to be expected, but upon receiving my complaints they were gracious enough to give me more time to complete my course. I was impressed with the patience they had towards me and all my many questions. I will definetely be reccomending this company to others.

I was not aware that my initial email from i-to-i had gone to my spam folder, so I sent an email. Sam came back and gave me sound advice on how to ensure their emails do not end up in my spam folder again. He also gave me a guide on how to contact the tutor. Thanks for all the help Sam.
